So, they seem to be in the habit of making arrangements for people to drive all the way out to wherever for a viewing when they know full well they don’t have the means to access the property. Do they call up their customer and explain the situation so they’re not wasting their time..? No instead they ignore your calls and don’t respond to emails!



Don’t use them, they are unorganised and discourteous!

Incredible! House viewings arranged for prospective buyers on my property; keys taken off us on the day so they can let themselves in and i am advised four potential buyers will be attending. Time agreed so we know when to be out for. Only thing is, it was all a load of nonsense. The estate agent Anthony Slade never did turn up, we know because we never did leave the property. They pretend to have people on the books. They claim to have had viewings. All a load of nonsense. When we catch them out, it's a case of "oh sorry someone nearly died, we thought someone would have told you the viewings were cancelled". Diabolical service. If you can even call it that. They make Foxtons look reasonable. What a joke.
