Helpful, polite and quick service, what's not to like?

Easy to book on line, plenty of parking quick efficient reception who kept me informed as promised. Car seat protected and discounted price. What not to like?

Though the online booking system was misleading about how long it would take, I was very pleased with my free safety checks done last week, and with the service received.

Four tyres fitted and the alloy rims which where as new where badly damaged, can't believe no protection was used as alloys have paint removed and gouged through to the bare alloy. Why are tyres not removed from rear with alloys protected. Am pursuing compliant about it had no reply back so will be phoning again. Major service was ok though not convinced brake fluid was even looked at as cap still in same place slightly off centre as before the service.

Booked in for a free safety check and was told that brake on all tyres needed changing at a quoted cost of £550. I went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and found that none of them need changing! Safety check is meant to include checking tyre pressure which wasn't done or even mentioned to me.
