Update: Case success
Though the sky of London is cloudy today, but it's a bright day at #City_Heights_Solicitors. Two major success in the 322(2) & 322(5) immigration appeals (ABC Accountancy line of cases) on the same day !
In the First Tier tribunal appeal hearing this morning, HO was literally thrashed and did not even dare to cross examine the appellant and made no submission at all ! The case lasted less than 20 minutes, where my our hours of hard work paid off :)
... In the second case, where the appeal was won in the identical case, the HO appealed and granted permission against the decision of the FTT. Following the hearing at the UT, permission now been refused without surprise. Better luck next time to HO ;)

Update: Case Success
Congratulations Tauhidul & Khorshed on your successful grant of extension of #Tier_1_Entrepreneur leave.
It was not a smooth journey. HO initially refused. Challenge brought agaionst the refusal by way of #Administrative_Review, which was refused without surprise. #Pre_Action_Protocol was pursued with aim of avoiding #Judicial_Review. The #Secretary_of_State conceded eventually after long 8 weeks and granted the clients 2 years #Leave_To_Remain.

“The Home Office confirmed that 285 enquiries, sent by a total of seven MPs on behalf of their constituents, had sat unread in an email inbox, some for more than three months, because "auto-forward rules had not been correctly applied".
Now I see why my clients waited for months even after making enquiries about their applications through their local MP.

Update: Case Success
Such a bright and sunny day. And so is for #CityHeights family :) :)
#One: Removal direction set and flight scheduled for tomorrow morning for the client in detention. HO was compelled to cancel the flight and #bail application is on move.
... #Two: #Immigration_Appeal was scheduled to be heard at the FTT, Taylor House today. The HO Presenting Officer sensibly accepted that he was not able to defend this appeal, which was followed by a decision to withdraw the appeal.In the light of the new evidence we expect the client to be given leave to remain on Article 8 grounds. The client and his wife were both happy with the outcome and the fact that they were not required to give oral evidence.
#Three: #Leave_To_Remain granted under the Partner (of a British Citizen) category in only 7 weeks time. Applicant switched from Tier - 1 (Entrepreneur) category.
#Four: HO granted #Leave_To_Remain following appeal allowed in the #Immigration_Tribunal under the category of #7_Years_Qualifying_Child (#Paragraph_276ADE of the #Immigration_Rules). Child was born in India and came to the UK at the age of 2.5 months. Parents will qualify for #Long_Residence (10 Years) in a month time.

Tier-1 (Entrepreneur) extension application approved in less than 3 months without facing any genuineness assessment interview.
While the client appreciated my success and I was very happy for him, but also was thoughtful that its not really clear what causing a few other T1 applications more than 18 months to get decided.
Though HO explained that those cases are "exceptionally complicated" (!) in nature, but in my observation most of those are simpler than the application which got approved today. 🤔🤔
