The most common complaint I hear from people taking Personal Training courses with other providers is that the tutors didn't know much more that the students they were teaching.
I don't think you are going to find a more experienced or qualified tutor than our Catherine Wass. Catherine has an honours degree in Fitness and Health as well as a post graduate degree in Teaching.
She has competed as a powerlifter and weightlifter, winning British, European and World Championship...s, setting national records on the way.
