90 mobile phones registered over the last two days. Thank you to everyone who attended!
For those who were unable to attend you can still register your phone on the National Property Database through immobilise.com.

We will be registering mobile phones on the National Property Database at Belsize Park tube station from 5pm-7pm today (29th) and Hampstead Tube station on the 30th, same time.

It is my last day propping up the ward today. It has been a pleasure to Police Hampstead. :) Thanks for your support. PC Dayton will continue as your Dedicated Ward Officer.

I will be around Hampstead High Street, South End Green and Haverstock Hill today handing out phone snatch prevention leaflets. Please if you use your phone whilst out on the streets, step into a door way or on the inside of the pavement and be aware of your surroundings!! Protect your phone!!

Today I picked up our new ward mobile phone. We have now entered the 21st Century! :)

Hampstead Summer Festival on Sunday was a lovely day! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting lots of new faces of residents and local businesses. It was a pleasure!

Would you walk around with £600 in cash in your hand? A mobile phone is an easy cash payment for Thieves!
Unfortunately Hampstead seems to have had a spate of Theft Snatches from individuals on Mopeds! Please look after your mobile phones!
... Keep it in your bag, use wireless headphones, and wait until you are in a building to check that text. If you absolutely need to, check your phone whilst stood on the inside of the pavement and be aware of your surroundings!

From yesterday 1st March 2017 the penalties for using your phone while driving have increased. It’s now 6 points and £200. If you have had your licence less that two years, you will lose it!
THINK!! Stay stafe!
Advice -
... - Put your phone away before driving so you won’t be tempted to use it. Make the glove compartment the phone compartment
- Don't call other people when they're driving
- Use hands free devices responsibly
