North London's most diverse and exciting rugby club; boasting players from a range of nationalities including New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Spain, Czech republic, Kenya, USA and England.
We field 2 senior mens teams as well as a ladies team and NEW players of all abilities are always welcome. Whether you've been playing rugby since you could walk, have been out of the game for a while or you've never passed a rugby ball, there's a place for you at our club.
Based at White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre, we are North London's leading rugby club for providing modern rugby with an unsurpassed social flavour.
Our policy of combining teamwork and enjoyment with serious performances on the park creates a shared bond of friendship throughout the club. It means that we have Rhinos scattered all over the world so when you join you'll never leave!

MEN - 7 - 9PM EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY
LADIES - EVERY THURSDAY 7 - 9PM AND SUNDAY 1 - 3PM
JUNIORS - COMMENCING SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH 11AM - 1PM (ALL AGES)

Massive thank you from all the ladies to everyone who came down to support. Was great to have people from all sections of the club.
Look at all those Ws! An amazing start to the season for all sections of #HaringeyRhinosRFC.
The men secured their pre season victory over #BecclesBullsRFC. The ladies, 2 victories so far over #RoystonLadiesRFC & #HampsteadLadiesRFC.... And last but certainly not least, our youth U17 boys, beating out old rivals #OldGrammariansRFC for their first league win of the 2018/2019 season!

TRAINING TONIGHT! Our first session on the main 3G pitch at @newriversportandfitness will be tonight from 7-9pm! Please arrive promptly.
Haringey Rhinos welcomes players of all abilities, from seasoned pros, old hands or complete novices. Everyone has to start somewhere.
... We will be running skills specific session for newbies so keep an eye out for those in order to improve your skills in between main training sessions.
Our new clinic will open next week, Tuesday 11th Sept at 7pm. This will be run by Bekah at @Body_Elite_Essex so please contact her directly for appointment availability.

Haringey Rhinos are pleased to announce that from next week, Body Elite: Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation will be providing a Sports Therapy & Massage Clinic to all players, committee members, friends & family of Haringey Rhinos RFC. Bekah has previously provided sports therapy & match day support to our Senior Mens section & U17s, so knows the club well & has a wealth of experience with sports people, specialising in rugby.
The clinic will be run on a pay-as-you-go basis wit...h appointment slots bookable in advance via Body Elite's social media pages*.
Active Rhinos players will receive a discounted rate so make sure to keep an eye out for price lists in our clubhouse or contact Bekah directly.
