Congratulations to our Goldsmith Will who has received an invitation to The Goldsmiths' Craft and Design Council 2019 Awards in recognition of his apprenticehship 'Masterpiece' which he was required to produce to demonstrate all the skills he has learnt.
Upon receiving the letter Will said "It's the most challenging piece I've made so I'm very proud that it has gained recognition at such a prestigious event. A few weeks to wait now until I know what award I've received".
Wi...ll's masterpiece will be on display at The Goldsmiths' Centre as part of the "Apprentice to Masterpiece" exhibition from 11th March – 25th April. To find out more visit:

A proposal location couldn’t get much sweeter than The Big London Bake, a pop up bake-off, where Ryan asked Leanne to marry him! 🧁
Not only did Leanne go home with a bespoke palladium and princess cut black diamond engagement ring but the couple also won first place with their Battenberg creation!

We were delighted to receive these beautiful photographs from our customers, Simon and Aneta who got engaged whilst hiking to the top of Mount Takao in Japan.
Simon commissioned this unique platinum engagement ring which was designed by Alice and is set with a central oval cut diamond with round brilliant cut diamonds pave set within each twisting shoulder.
The couple were overjoyed by the bespoke process, “You and your team have been amazing to make this moment so special for us”. Congratulations Simon and Aneta!

This year I got engaged to the love of my life.



Having planned a proposal for months, I got down on one knee at sunset, on sand by the sea; and she said yes. Harriet Kelsall helped me choose the (and I quote my fiance) "absolutely perfect" ring.



I've never bought jewelry before, let alone something of this gravitas - but Laurie at HK was simply the nicest, most intuitive and thoughtful person in helping me design and create the bespoke ring of my love's dreams. From the very start Laurie was fantastic in guiding me through the process step-by-step, deciding and changing around one of HK's original designs.



I can't thank everyone enough for the incredible gift I've been able to give, for the beautiful reminder of my engagement.

The lovely Laurie at Harriet Kelsall in the Halls Green, Hertfordshire Jewellery Centre designed a beautiful heart shaped pendant for me. My husband organised this with Laurie as a special birthday present for me. The whole process was really enjoyable from start to finish and Laurie designed a stunning heart shaped pendant for me with two gem stones. My necklace is really nice to wear and the presentation box it came in is also really lovely. We have been back again recently and the service was again fantastic. Also, the jewellery that is available to buy is beautifully designed and unusual .We will certainly be back again in the not too distant future! :)

Our son wanted a pendant for his 18th and so we started to scout high and low for Jewellers that would be able to provide us with a Boxing Glove. We came to a brick wall every time until a friend recommended HK Jewellery. Both my son and I went along and met with Alice one of the designers. Wow! Not long after meeting the woman of my dreams, she only went and surprised me by asking me to be her husband - I guess once you know, there's no reason to hesitate!

Upon this engagement I didn't just want to purchase a generic ring to signify our promise, rather I wanted something equally as unique as my soulmate and partner in crime.

My sister and I purchased a ring each for our 50th birthday (we are twins :)) and wanted something special. We both liked rings by Tom Wilson we had seen on the website. We viewed them at Cambridge and they were even more beautiful in real life.

My fiancé and I picked my ring from a different jewellers (we live up north otherwise we would have bought it from HK without a second thought), and unfortunately it didn't fit! My parents live in Cambridge so I used the opportunity to go to HK to get it resized after reading their great reviews. My ring was resized and delivered back to me at my fiance's work address in the north in very quick time. I have just collected my ring designed by Alice. I am thrilled to now be able to wear my Mum’s ring everyday. Alice found out about me, my family and my passions and then made suggestions as to how to re design my Mum’s daisy diamond ring. I had always hankered after an emerald but was very particular about the colour I was looking for. After a discussion it was decided a chrome tourmaline would more likely give the specific green I was after. So the hunt was on for a show stopping stone with just the right green colour! From start to finish the process was great, the excitement of going to view stones, to finally finding that perfect one. Sitting with Chloe to discuss metals, setting, and then sketching the design. It looked amazing on paper and six weeks later it looked even more fabulous as a finished ring. 100% what I was after and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thanks!

I had a telephone consultation with the amazing Alice, she was amazing! She sketched the most perfect ring and then the gold smiths turned it into reality!

I got engaged last month under a midnight sky and wasn't able to see the ring in a very poor light but when I woke up the next morning and I was amazed how gorgeous it is. I love the amount of thought that went into it and appreciate how helpful HK Team was in making Tom's and my dream ring come to life. I, too, had to send it off to be made a little smaller but now I finally have it back and I still smile when I look at it and I swear the stone seems bigger everyday :)

Both my Engagement ring and wedding ring were designed by Chloe and I love them. Amy at Harriet Kendall was absolutely amazing and designed a beautiful bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancé’. She absolutely loves it and the feedback she/ we have had from it has been better than I could ever have imagined.



I love the fact that you feel you are getting a really personal service and after bringing a few ideas to the table, Amy was able to advise with her expertise. What I really loved is that Amy asked me about Louise, her personality and what she does and I truly believe that service has created a ring that is perfect for my fiancé and suits her to a tee.

Amy Vinn at HK Cambridge was really wonderful. Amy designed our bespoke platinum wedding rings. In creating our rings Amy took the time to understand what was important to us as individuals, and as a couple. We both now have wedding rings that we absolutely love, and will cherish forever. We can't wait to officially put them on each other's fingers next Thursday as we take our wedding vows to one another.

After we got engaged, I really wanted to use my Nana's engagement ring, but it needed re-sizing and modernising, so on a recommendation from a friend we went to Harriet Kelsalls for a consultation on how we could use the gold and the diamond in my Nana's ring to make something new. We had a meeting with Chloe, who was excellent, talked us through the design ideas, options and prices, and we felt really welcome even tho we were on a budget and didn't really know what we were doing!

Chloe made everything very easy and enjoyable, and the whole experience was really special for us. I also asked last minute for my Nana's name to be engraved on the ring, and it looks beautiful.

The ring has come out so beautifully, and I just love it.
