What an amazing experience ��� loved it �� food hall was immense ��� lobster rolls the best �� an awesome shopping experience ��� and amazed at how inexpensive certain items where ��� bought gifts for my granddaughters ��� worth traveling from Cornwall ��� can’t wait to go back ���

The Harrods experience was excellent. We were never left unattended when shopping and the staff was helpful in ensuring that we pooled our purchases in each shopping area so that the combined purchase amounts exceeded £50 for VAT refund purposes.

Quiet opulence ..... where only those with a few bob will shop & there are some out there with a lot of spare change

It was amazing!! I loved the clothes, the food, the makeup (Chantecaille), the flowers, the art...I had so much fun. Charlotte Gannon - an art consultant - opened my eyes to Lorenzo Quinn. She is just incredible. I couldn't have had more fun - and already want to go back...

I visited yesterday with my daughter and a friend and I asked in the toy department if they would give my grandaughter and my friends two children a gesture gift as they have cystic fibrosis and we were in London talking to vertex a drug company that make a drug called orkambi that improves the lives of people living with children the staff were lovely its like a different world in there they gave the girls a gift each. We are very grateful thanku

I visited Harrods for the first time during my trip to London. I loved the variety and the luxury. I did not buy anything. As a middle-class woman, I just enjoyed being in the world of the rich, thinking that I would be one of those.

I like to sit for a breakfast at the balcony or for the 5 pm tea. And I enjoy listen to the Lady playing piano.

Proud of my HARRODS bicycle shirt from the 90s..,,,There was a Giant bike for 8000 £, I have only 2 bikes from Giant..

And I like the bulletproof vest, they had on a hanger between other stuff.

And the Gents room is worth a visit with that wooden doors in excellent work

Some people expect to much?at the end of the day its a shop just like marks ,good and bad sales people,need to get a life if it upsets you lol

I’ve loved this store ever since a child ,you know they used to have a pet shop with animals on the top floor...?!! I wish I had enough money to go and shop there everyday! ❣️

It was good but not good enough, employees are very snobbish and toffee nosed, which makes you feel uncomfortable, upgrading of several sections not clearly posted you have to just be lucky enough to find what you want. Not a friendly and feel easy atmosphere.

I know that Harrods is one of the most expensive stores in the world but having visited their ice cream parlour on the 2nd floor and having a bowl of 3 scoops of ice cream with 3 slices of thinly carved chocolate brownie and a dollop of cream with 2 wafers and hot chocolate sauce for the princely sum of £17 Is absolutely outrageous and a piss take to be honest ... won't be doing that again �

Went to your new Tea Rooms and was very unimpressed as firstly a very snooty woman asked if we had booked and then told us that we could come back in 40 mins despite the Tea rooms being half empty. We did return and were seated. I wasn’t happy about the amount of people walking through the tea rooms as it is a main route to other party’s of the store. The menu is very restricted. The cake table is where everyone stands to wait to either be sent away or seated and none of the cake ate covered. Apart from that the rest of the staff were lovely but I would not go to your tea rooms again. Very disappointing

The online shopping website is faulty. I have tried to check out in the last 6 hours but was unsuccessful. Tired and gave up the shopping.



In my last order I received a follow up email thT 3 items are not available but today one of the item is still available for purchase online. I think the stock taking system is very misleading.

Only went there for the experience! Quite underwhelmed really! Products are massively overpriced. It’s difficult to get a seat in the food fall, although it is impressive and it’s very hard to find gentlemen’s facilities! Plenty for the women though! Just way over the top but at least I have seen it!

Hi, visited your store recently - wanted to show my husband as he'd never been before. I'd told of the old world quaintness of the store, the lovely mahogany cabinets, the courtesy of the staff, the dress code - the whole essence of Harrods being quintessentially English. What a disappointment!! The whole place is so tacky, chavvy, with bright blingy crappy displays. The dress code seems to have disappeared!! Staff looked down their noses at you - never assume! Even the Toy Department is rubbish - used to be Toy Kingdom, more like Toy Cupboard! And you really need to get a better baker for your cake counter - the Red Velvet cake was disgustingly sweet, so much so we couldn't eat it, and at £6 per slice you would expect the best Red Velvet ever. Was hoping to purchase a dress for a special occasion but the Women's Clothing was more like Primark. Whatever happened to class?? Sorry will be your last visit.

very disappointed with this department store! I bought a dyson vacuum cleaner from the online shop, the pole was collided. Also the machine is not function well, it get stop when use continuously, I doubt Harrods sent me a returned product as I am international order! They think I can't complain or return this big machine to them!

Very disappointed with this department store. Placed an order for some skincare products and received an email after 8 days saying 3 items out of 4 are out of stock. So I placed another order straight away through the website and after 10 mins, I received an email again saying the items from my 2nd orders are out of stock as well. I wonder if they have any stock available for online orders. The worst online shopping place ever.

Overcrowded, snobbish and not willing to wrap some good food in a doggy bag because they can’t take responsibility for the food if it’s consumed outside Harrods. What a nonsense argument. Not even in the States i have heard such bullshit.

I ask you cancel my overseas order 140021124 once I received one out of two items can't be available thru email on 13 July. Then, I received your another email which said that 2 items are confirmed on 15 July. As I was out of town these few days, I cannot call you. However, I am informed that only one item is shipped today with shipping fee half of the item costed. I am really wonder why no one read or reply the email and very disappointed with your CS service.
