Went there today for lunch and was given great service by Sheri, very helpful and well mannered will be coming here again and will hopefully have Sheri :) Great food also! Very fast!

Went for an early lunch so place was pretty quiet and was seated straight away. Food was lovely and our waitress Sheri was excellent. Will return.

Not been for a long time to the Gravesend branch of the harvester. Lovely food tonight. Thank you to our waitress Juliet, very attentive. Will definitely do be back �

Lovely atmosphere perfect for families and Sheri is the best waitress, so good with the kiddies and us adults x

Just had brekky with my gorgeous son and was served by the lovely Sheri, as always she was cheerful and made us feel totally welcome and the service was excellent xx

Harvester never disappoints, especially when we are served by Juliet! She always checks how our food is, and is always lovely even when it is busy. Food is always of a great quality and we’re very glad that mac and cheese is back �

A rock solid shell,without a soul

What has happened to our harvester roll

Once so fresh fluffy & light

With one dilemma, brown or white

Please tell me where these delicious rolls have gone

That have been replaced by an offensive weapon

Now the only way into them is using your thumbs

And the rock hard shell plays havoc on your gums

I remember being able to fill my roll with fries

Ahh a distant memory as now they are only bite size

Please bring back the original rolls so light

Warm fresh fillable, brown or white

Rolls that can be cut with a knife & spread with butter

Please do not ignore these desperate words i utter

As I speak for millions everywhere i am betting

That do not enjoy the bite size rocks they are getting

So thank you in advance & without sounding too hasty

Bring back our rolls please, lighter bigger & tasty 𗀄

Came here at lunch time on Monday with a friend. We both really love a Harvester, and wasnt disappointed with both the food and the service of this one. Holly our waitress was really friendly and attentive, and ensured that we had a really lovely experience.

Booked a table in advance for 4 on the website which was really easy. On arrival we were shown to our table straight away and our waitress Kelly T arrived straight away to take our order and was very helpful. Food was lovely and hot and good value for money.

Beautiful meals all round today! Restaurant was very busy (good Friday) but we were VERY well looked after by our lovely waitress (Sheri) who made sure we were happy and our glasses were full! ��

And even sang Happy Birthday to our daughter as she brought out her pudding! �

Always come here with my family for lovely breakfast or lunches. Shari is absolutely brilliant, very cheery to everyone she greets and quick efficient service! Toilets are always clean and smell nice like grapefruit instead of typical toilet odour!

Much the same as most others in this chain that I've visited, food was good, staff were friendly & courteous, service was speedy all in all a pleasant experience

When I got to the Harvester they couldn't find our booking but they still gave us a table luckily then they emailed me to say they cancelled our reservation but I had taken the table which was very strange but I did enjoy the food so overall an ok experience but may just ring up and reserve next time as then I know I have definitely got a table as it doesn't seem to work online well.

Had a lovely evening at Harvester Gravesend celebrating my husband's 89th birthday with some of our daughters and a granddaughter. relaxed atmosphere and no rush to get us to leave when we had finished eating. Food very good and reasonably priced and the waitress was very kind and helpful (I'm sorry I cant remember her name)Altogether a pleasant experience and we will be back.

Nothing bad about the Harvester but menu is way too limited for people with gluten allergies. Missing out on a lot of customers.

Our visit to Rochester Road Harvester on Sunday 18th Feb. At 16: 00 a complete disaster. Okay, let's forget the old nonsense of the customer is always right, it's a load of codswallop. But when we went out to eat at the Harvester the manager was so wrong you could not make it up. I called him on the phone before we set out to book our tables. On the phone he was shouty, impatient and rude. I have been living in this country for 30 years and I think I speak the English language as clearly as anyone you could meet. But even if the manager found it hard to understand what I was saying (highly doubfu) I believe there was a more polite way of telling me than condescendingly saying 'Could you make yourself more understandable?' And not with the simple throwaway 'please.'

At long last I was able to book tables for 10 on line for 11 (3, 4 & 4 ).

But when we got to the eatery, the manager refused to redeem the booking. He said there was no way he could put all of us together. After some haggling - during which the man raised his voice to the highest pitch - he agreed to sit eight people on two separate tables that were some 10 metres apart. We went to the restaurant as a group not only to eat but to socialise and chat, so we were never going to go with that.

We decided to leave at last.

I have been to many restaurants in this country and beyond, the attitude of the manager of Rochester Road Harvester is so bad that it would have been comical if it were not so serious (we've got 5 children with us and a baby). He was not only shouty, he was also full of himself, rolling his eyes, smirking, very I-don't-care. He really didn't care whether we ate in the restaurant or not - he'd rather we did not. At last he said: This is my restaurant and I can do anything I like here! Fair enough, even if Rochester Road Harvester belonged to the guy, he still should have the good grace to treat his customers well, whatever their background, creed or colour. I don't like to bring up the matter of colour or race whenever this sort of thing happens but if you saw the way the manager was attending to those who look like him with courtesy and smiles, you would conclude that he might very well not want 'black' people in 'his' restaurant on that busy Sunday afternoon. And the way he was shouting and creating you might wonder if he was trying to draw attention to us, to show us up for some curious reason. For what it's worth, I will never return to that restaurant nor will I recommend the place to family & friends.

Last visit was 2016, no stella, soggy chips and bad service.

Today we gave them another chance, ordered the 1st pint at the bar to make sure they hadn’t run out! When I ordered the second, i was told they run out again. Cancelled food order but still had to pay for the salad as we’d starting eating it by the time they told us no stella and we’d cancelled the food!

Won’t see us for a while again!!!!

Harvester at Gravesend. Attitude from staff of both waitresses and managers are absolutely atrocious, upon waiting 20 mins to be served and 30-40mins for food, upon inquiring how long the food would be we were spoken to with an argumentative attitude. Will not be returning.

Booked a table on Mother’s Day through the Open Table app. Arrived at the restaurant to find that they didn’t have my booking.



When I showed the member of staff my email confirmation he said ‘Oh yeah, we don’t receive those booking’. So why are you on the app if you don’t take those bookings? Ruined what was supposed be a nice afternoon treating my mum.



The thing that annoyed me the most was the member of staff couldn’t really care less about it all and his smug attitude...
