At long last I get to drive the new Velar. It was all I expected and more. Peter Bailey has to be the best sales person I have ever come across. Throughout my Harwoods journey he has been an absolute star. Nothing but Nothing is to much trouble for Peter. Your going to go a long way My Man. Harwoods look out ďż˝

Very poor customer service. I reported squeeky brake on my f pace a year ago was told jaguar is looking for a solution and they will be in touch but never heard anything. I called about a month ago spoke to the service manager who promised to call me back next day with a solution but surprise surprise NOTHING. I spend 50k on this car, the least you can do is solve the problem.

Shortage in loan cars up and down the country so if you break down expect a long wait for a replacement whilst yours gets “fixed” or shall I say working for a couple days before it breaks again, I have a 17 plate evoque if I could give them it back and not be tied into a contract i would with pleasure. Lewes branch - well what can I say... staff speak about customers in front of you, girls don’t have a clue what’s going on or where your car is.... or have any customer service skill what so ever.



They don’t get the frustration at tall when you pay above and beyond for a car that see the garage more than the road.



Most the staff drive a Land Rover but when it comes to a shortage in land rovers it’s because the staff drive them all and won’t give them up! Which I think is shocking!





If you want a car that locks you init and locks you out, shows you every warning light, and then when checked “nothing wrong with it”



Go to Land Rover! Never ever ever again in my life would I ever own one again!



Customer service 0 wish I didn’t have to give 1 star !





Also I met a gentlemen in Lewes he said they lost his car for two days didn’t know where it was! Really trustworthy branch is Lewes
