Poor Communication. Not replying to emails or phone calls!

Receptionist and Solicitors very rude and unhelpful!!!

Made a complaint with the service I have received! Partner Karen Du Rocher could not give you the time of day to try and rectify the complaint in positive way!

Senior Partner Jasvinder Singh Gill also adopted the same approach!

Very unprofessional and rude firm!

I went for legal advice but was none the wiser when I left. The summing up letter I received (nearly 3 months after the event) simply related what I'd told the solicitor - though much of that was inaccurate - and was no help whatsoever.
