Went in with my 2 daughters we absolutely loved it choice was fantastic, tasted delicious and they were very accommodating to us and my daughter who has special needs

Today was our first visit and our Waitress Aga was very good explained the menu for us and time to go through our choices we will certainly be coming back.

Thoroughly loved having a treat here! Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The puddings are delicious and although the menu is huge it is easy to understand and our waitress was very helpful! A relaxed and cosy atmosphere - would highly recommend!

Noticed a new dessert restaurant had opened in Cheshire Oaks, thought I’d check it out and oh my, I’m glad I did! I travel for over 30 mins every couple of weeks just to have a dessert from this place. I’d recommend it to everyone, staff are warm and welcoming and the layout and interior is cool. Check it out! �

My two daughters love it here. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Biggest positive is that the food is amazing, been 3 times so far and each time the food has been faultless :-) ��

Made to feel very welcome and the food was absolutely fab if a little expensive , but it was a special treat for my granddaughter would recommend and go again

I am a huuuge fan of deserts so when I saw this place I planned to come for my birthday. The menu was huge, a ring bound book. They have full range - pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, milkshakes , sundaes, gelato (super nice ice cream), hot puddings .....

Been twice now... literally is the best place to get ur sweet fix... waffles cookie dough pancakes are all unreal specially the white and milk chocolate sauces ... highly recommended service is brilliant super friendly!!

AMAZING!! We treated ourselves on Wednesday and it was perfect. Great service, amazing food, lovely surroundings. Perfect venue for a celebration meal or afternoon treat � recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth who appreciates the attention to detail that goes into the dishes ��

5 stars just for the deserts on their own! The layout and interior feels very classy but the music should really match the feel of the place. My only down point but the deserts more then make up for that. Hopefully they change music soon!

Lovely place huge variety of amazing desserts � kids menu would have been handy portion sizes far too big for my 6 year old.

Decided to venture in today for a dessert after dinner. Lovely sleek design inside, very tasty desserts, friendly staff. So why the loss of a star? Was it the order mix up? Nope, that got sorted with a full apology and a discount. Where the star falls off is they've done their hardest to create this sophisticated decor inside, aiming for high class style and to make you feel you've walked into a classy establishment... Then they play grime/hip hop over the pa instead of some smooth jazz or twinkling piano. Ruined the whole ambiance and made it a bit of a joke.



Would still come back for the food though. Seriously though, fix the music.

The first thing that strikes you when you walk through the doors is that the place seems ‘a bit posh’. You walk up to the counter where you are asked if you have eaten there before? I expected at this point to be explained some big revelation about how it all works (as the menu is more the size of a book) but nothing.. so I kinda wondered why the question? There is also something about a ‘mystery key’ in the menu which is so much of a mystery no one ever talked about it (???)

Then I was asked about the strength of the coffee I asked for with 5 options shown me on an iPad all of which made no sense to me. If this is to try to impress me then it didn’t work as it just leaves the customer feeling a little awkward as I explained to the waiter that nothing I was being shown made any sense to me.

We ordered water for the table and was disappointed that we were not given the option of tap water with the assumption it’s a £1.50 small bottle of still.



Don’t get me wrong the food when it arrives is really really good. That can’t be faulted. I just get the impression that the staff are not really ‘into it?’ We started off with one waitress telling us she would be looking after us then we were hijacked by a guy who took our order and then the first arrived with our drinks just adding to a bit more confusion. It could all be so much slicker with a bit of training And a bit more enthusiasm engaging the customers to explain the menu and the options (especially the build your own desserts). That would be really helpful. It’s ironic that in the small book called a menu there is a quote ‘stressed is desserts spelt backwards’. That unfortunately was the by product of this experience that could with a little more input have been so very different.

Food was lovely however customer service not so, very pushy in wanting your order when we were unsure what we wanted, and asking chocolate shots all the time, na I just want a pudding thanks

Waited for 40 minutes after putting in an order and got no food or drink. Various people said they would look into it for us and then just started serving other people. Loads of customers who came in after us got served before us. It was like we were invisible! Finally the manager came and offered us 30% off our bill and said our food would be out soon. After waiting all that time we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. This was at Cheshire Oaks. So disappointed �
