They are so friendly and I had the best experience with them as I had been to another and didn’t have such a good one !, I had a dress in mind but we tried on many others and found ‘the one’ with the help of Natasha, I would 100% recommend this bridal boutique � even the dress maker lady is so lovely and helpful ! I visited Hayley Elizabeth Bridal last October before my August 2017 wedding, at which point I had already visited several boutiques in London, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks so I was already very dress-shopping fatigued and didn't think I'd ever find a dress I really loved. As a 20-something bride looking for something quite simple and modern I was initially unsure about whether the 'little boutique down the road' would have enough variety or the style of dress I was looking for, I was really pleasantly surprised when I immediately found a big selection to try and ended up with a shortlist of three on my first appointment (none of which ended up being my dress! - The dress I chose was a total fluke because it had arrived the week I visited for a last minute appointment and I was the first bride to try it on). I loved my dress and felt beautiful on the day and I'm so sad that I'll never wear it again! But aside from that I remember saying to my mum after my first appointment that of all my other appointments Hayley Elizabeth had been the warmest and best service I experienced. The team were so friendly and professional throughout the whole process and they were incredibly patient with my indecision about the tweaks I made! The seamstress was amazing too and made it fit me like a bespoke dress. Thank you all! x

I have now been to so many bridal shops to look at dresses but this is by far the best! The staff were so friendly and helpful and really seemed to care about my special day and my special dress. The dresses were stunning as were the selection of shoe and accessories. I have recommended it to all my 'bride to be' friends! Such a great experience!
