LEGS, BUMS & TUMS! A body conditioning workout focusing mainly on the lower body and abs. It’s for all levels using resistance bands and body weight to tone and strengthen. This is all about getting fitter and stronger and feeling confident in your body!

DANCE FIT! A fun fitness class for all levels dancing to loads of different songs! Come alone or bring a friend and get ready to work off those calories whilst dancing your stress away!

Tonight is our LAST 18:30 DANCE FIT!!! From next week your new timetable will start at the new times!

Price: 1 class = £8 2 classes = £14
The next two weeks will be the old time of 18:30 and the new time will start from 17th April. I can’t wait to get started at the new times and to get our new LBT Class on the go 🍑 Summer is just around the corner so make sure you get to class to get that summer bod ready 💃🏻💪🏻
