Habibsons Bank Limited (trading as Habib Bank UK) offers Private Banking, in addition to Retail and Commercial Banking.

The bank's Head Office and Private Banking branch is located on Portman Street (off Oxford Street), in the heart of London.

The bank prides itself on its vast experience in the field of Private Banking. HBL UK has operations in Zurich and Rotterdam, in addition to its retail operations across the UK, and a centralised Commercial Banking operation.

The bank was incorporated in the UK in 1961. It later merged with Habib Allied Bank Limited (a bank that was started in the UK as joint venture between HBL and Allied Bank), to become a part of Pakistan's largest Bank, HBL. HBL has over 1600 branches in more than 29 countries. The bank has operations based around the world, including Manhattan (USA), Europe, the Middle East and South Asia.

HBL's global headquarter is based in Karachi, Pakistan, at th HBL Building on I. I. Chandrigar Road. The Habib Bank Plaza was the tallest building in Asia and Pakistan upon completion in 1963. It remained the tallest building in Pakistan for four decades.
