I was an Au-pair during 11 month in UK. my experience was really good. Heavenly Au Pairs was a good help to find a nice family. I really loved the children I had to look after. Like in every family it's a bit difficult to find his place, but finally everything went well. It's quite an adaptation, you need to be really adaptable and open mind.The agency send it to me a lot of host family informations and I had to choose the best one. It was good to compare the family, to be put in contact with them by skype and chat. For people who are a bit scared to be an au-pair or to have an au-pair have an agency is a way to feel secure. What I advice you if you want to be an au-pair is to look really carefully a lot of host family, to be really sur that this family suit you, and that you will not be disappointed after. You need to think about your expectations, if you want more to do household or more childcare, how many child you want to look after, which age you prefer. You need to know what you really prefer. Because you can't leave 11 month with a family who doesn't suit you.

I was an Au Pair in England for 6 months in 2017. Heavenly answers as soon as they can, they are very helpful and kind and make sure you are happy with your host-family. All possible host-families I came in touch with (which were quite a lot as I really wanted to find the perfect family) seemed to be very nice and open. Not only in advance, but also during your stay Heavenly supports you to settle down in the foreign country by organising meets-and-greets with other Au Pairs or little trips in the area as well as giving useful advise in terms of finances, events and health care. Whenever I had any questions or problems Heavenly took care of it. Minus one star as they ask you to write a review in exchange for the certificate proving your stay. Nevertheless, all of this is my honest opinion and a big thank you to Heavenly for a great time in the UK! :)

They are efficient and pleasant to deal with and I felt particularly reassured by the checks carried out for families, such as medical clearance and references from teachers/employers etc.

And they always answered quickly when I had questions during my year. For example when I had problems with my bank account they sent me a statement to show within one hour.
