Almost every day, I am reading something about sleep- How important it is, how to make it work better for you and tips on how to sleep better. This is a good tip to keep your form when squatting if you have tight hip flexors or long legs! I love these muscle and motion short snippets showing muscle groups working - This is what we see when we are massaging you- not bumps and unshaven legs, non matching underwear , chipped toe nail varnish (yes, we have heard them all and more!!!) but the muscles we are working on when we are getting rid of all your knots and tension.
