About Hen Corner

Nestled in West London, we are living the good life complete with 24 hens, three colonies of honey bees, a fruitful kitchen garden and a weekly micro bakery.

Hen Corner Description

Hen Corner is a little bit of country life in London, we've got 23 happy hens, a small kitchen garden, 15 fruit & nut trees, and 2 colonies of bees - busy making honey. With a shed storing chutneys, preserves and our cider press, we have big ambitions!

Be it chervil or cheese, chickens or chutney - we encourage you to have a go. . .

Today we are making Super Salads with #BrentfordTogether at the Cultivate London #SalopianGarden. These griddled nectarines will be served with nasturtium leaves, feta cheese, toasted pistachios & honey...

Pretty pleased with this first attempt... We call it our Sunflower Malt Sourdough Basket, it’s made with Shipton Mill Three Malts & Sunflower flour, fermented slowly with wild yeasts, and topped with a white sourdough lattice before baking... Looking forward to feedback from those who bought one today...
