Take a look at this girl who kept putting on weight but in reality was losing body fat and gaining muscle. The scales below show the same weight of fat equivalent to the same weight in muscle. Just shows you how much space fat takes up compared with muscle in the body. Do not rely on simple bathroom scales for tracking your progress.
