Another sunny hot day ahead. We have just had amazing Bank Holiday weekend here at Herons Park lots of happy campers. Sorry to all those who were calling for pitches we couldn't accommodate you this time hopefully you can join us another day. Big thank you to all who stayed with us for helping us all have great weekend had lots of chats and enjoyed meeting new people and seeing returning guests. Another great weekend here at Herons Park full site and our record of 15 dogs onsite from little yorkies to a huge irish mastiff. But wish to give a huge thank you to all our doggy owners who camped with us for respecting our dogs on lead and under control rules and respecting each other not a single problem all weekend. We are dog friendly site and if people are sensible it proves it doesnt matter how many dogs may be on the field it can work. The weather was good and every...one had great time . Thanks also to our large private group party that joined us and occupied the bottom half of our field glad to see you all enjoying yourselves. We also celebrated 2 birthdays and a couple of first time campers so lots of things going on. Hope everyone enjoyed staying with us and welcome to join us again anytime. Interesting day out

Well good weekend up to now sadly weather not very kind today but will brighten up this evening. Lots of our guests are part of the cool fab raceing that is holding event at Clark karts this weekend great to see them and interesting to chat see the bikes and find out about thus sport lots of our guests have been taking advantage of either sitting on our newly levelled grass too area overlooking the kart track to watch other wandered into paddocks to view so big thank you to Clark karts and cool fab for allowing free spectators. So tomorrow final raceing and would like to wish all our competitors best of luck. And big thanks to all the families that are staying with us welcome anytime Jan Camping Manager

Well the holidays are here our season well started very busy this weekend all EHU pitches booked still non electric available. Temperatures forecast high today . So any customers travelling to us take care if you are bringing your dogs ensure plenty tepid water stops and keep them as cool as possible whilst enjoying your break. Due to the temperature rises and recent events near us we will not be allowing fire pits this weekend at all to be used and we will dowse any out wi...th water if we see people disregarding this. This is for everyones safety and to protect all our surroundings. Barbecues can be used if raised up off the ground we have bricks for this purpose but no lighting fuels to be poured on them and again we will be checking around the field to ensure rules are in force. But wish everyone a great weekend with us and look forward to meeting new and returning guests. Our new onfield shop has plenty of nice cold drinks beers and wines ice creams and lots of goodies and things for your little ones. Many thanks Jan Camping Manager.

Just to advise any guests staying with us this weekend due to high temperatures forcast and very dry grass bracken etc there will be no fire pits allowed to be used on our field and we will be monitoring further high weather forcasts throughout the season. This is for safety of all our guests and keeping our site safe.

Well school holidays will soon be upon us so time to book your pitches and come and join us for fun, barbeques,fire pits toasting marshmallows beaches water sports dungeness railway all within few minutes of our camp site.
