We are an emerald mining & exploration company formed to identify productive mining deposits in Colombia. We focus our activities around the Muzo region in the heart of Boyacá, a state world renowned for producing the highest quality stones in the world.
We aim to grow our mining operations in Colombia to include several productive mines with at least two major deposits. Emeralds produced from this region are of the highest quality in the world and demand a significant premium in price due to their origin.
The ability to source high quality gemstones will ensure that the company is well placed to become a leading supplier of high-quality responsibly sourced emeralds.
We operate as a vertically integrated business, capturing the margin at each stage of the production and sales process, from extraction to the finished wholesale product (mine to market model).
It is our belief that by establishing the company as a participant in this market and by exploring and investing in license acquisitions it will achieve significant upside for its stakeholders.
