When we bought a sofa bed in June 2013 there was only one thing I didn't like about Highly Sprung: no website (there is one now). Apart from that we couldn't ask for more: great customer service, various options, delivery on time (it was important for us as we were throwing housewarming party), After a while we decided to change cussions fillings and once again Highly Sprung staff - Steve and Sha didn't fail us on this one. The only thing that some people might be concerned is price. I would say: if you want great quality, customer service and lot of options you have to pay more than in IKEA. 5 star seller, Highly Sprung highly recommended.

We were looking online for a company to provide a sofa bed that could get into a room with poor access. We found Highly Sprung online and went to their shop where Amairelys helped us. She took the time to show us 3 different sofa beds – none of which had the measurements to get into our room but then the amazing service started!

Not only was access into the room impossible but we had a maximum width of 176cm but we wanted a double bed. No easy request but Amairelys showed us the Oxford sofa bed (with real wood supports and a sprung mattress) and helped us work out that if we had reduced arm width of just 8cm and opted for the split frame approach then basically the sofa beds comes in sections which is then built on site.

We wanted 4 fabric samples which arrived within 3 days and then we called to agree the order on 9th July. Yesterday (20 days later!) our UK created, made to measure sofa arrived. We had constant updates on delivery timings from Amairelys and on the day the lovely delivery guys called us an hour before arriving. Within 30 minutes they had built the sofa bed and given us a demonstration and left taking all unwanted packaging with them.

Brilliant service, amazing product and helpful staff all along our 20 day journey. Best service we have ever experienced and we cannot recommend more highly.

We received our new sofa two weeks ago and absolutely love it! The advice we received in-store from Steve was perfect and the delivery guys (especially Paul) were really helpful, polite and efficient. An all round great experience, thank you!

Its a very stylish sofa and has a very unique opening mechnaism to turn it into a really comfortable generous sized double bed. The memory foam mattress is a joy to lie on. The only complaint I have is how do we make sure any guests don't over stay their welcome because they are too comfortable...?

Delivery was punctual and well communicated so we really can't fault these guys. After shopping around and looking at all kinds of other sofa beds we are really pleased we found Highly Sprung. Its nice to support a smaller independant business too.

It fits perfectly in the space, looks far more expensive than the price I paid and is very comfortable. After weeks spent sofa shopping, I chose ‘highly sprung’ because I was able to design my own sofa, delivery took just three weeks and the price was reasonable.

It was 2 years between spotting Highly Sprung on Tottenham Court Road and moving in to my new place and the wait was worth it. They were helpful on every occasion and particularly so when I completed a couple of weeks before delivery to find that the developer had changed some room dimensions and the sofa I'd ordered would no longer fit! I had an anxious wait until the Monday morning but they were able to accommodate a change in size. I don't know of any other places that would have done the same. To add to that, the sofa is very comfy and the delivery guys were efficient and friendly, even after they'd been given some bum directions by a local. I'd recommend without hesitation

Customer service received in store was very good, the team listened to my needs and questions and advised accordingly.

I've been particularly impressed by the flexibility and options available for a custom-made sofa. Highly Sprung managed to do the sofa in the dimensions I couldn't find anywhere else, yet at a competitive price! Custom made, but at the price of other retailers where options are limited.

I was also extremely impressed with the delivery timings. I got the sofa in 2 weeks, whilst other places were talking about 2 months minimum. This was a very nice surprise to me, and I was very happy to see that the estimate delivery date was not changed after order.

I'm therefore very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Highly Sprung. Thanks to the Highly Sprung Sofas team!

I just wanted to let you know that our sofa, armchairs and foot stool arrived back from Newhaven after being recovered. The journey from France to UK, and back again, went smoothly and our transport people had no problems at Newhaven.

Fantastic sofa and great purchase. it came custom made to my measurements and felt like I was in good hands after I ordered the sofa. Charles and Mo were very friendly in the shop and helped me. Chris also helped me over the phone as to when I could pay and how the delivery would take place.



Amaryllis also gave good further details to ensure a smooth delivery. Highly sprung is on the Tottenham Court road where other big boys are such as Habitat and Dwell. But with the big chains you cannot really custom make and choose your materials. With Highly Sprung you can do all of that. I got them to shorten my sofa length and even put foam into the base section where you pull out the sofa bed so that when you sit on it as an ordinary sofa you cannot feel the metal frame underneath (top move). i chose my seat cushion material being high density foam wrapped in fibre and then the back cushions to be feather filled which made an unbelievable difference compared to sofas I was sitting on earlier in Dwell and Habitat which had more or the less the same material all around.



When you walk into Highly Sprung it doesn't seem to wow you like the other places on Tottenham Court road but do not let this fool you. Imagine going into a simple rustic Italian restaurant without much decor; the welcome is fantastic , , the food is cooked by grandma and is the freshest and tastiest on the market as opposed to a walking into a restaurant that has the grandeur and all the bling but serves people on masses with average food. Well Highly Sprung can be compared to the Rustic restaurant. I would recommend to others!!!! Thanks for everything guys (Charles, Mo, Chris, Amarylis)

Fabulous service! The sofa bed looks perfect in my new study room. I was thinking to go for a wall bed in my study room, but I am so pleased I went for this. Very happy with it.

Everything has gone well with this purchase, from the initial help and masses of advice from Chris in the showroom, to the positive, speedy responses from others I called in the shop for advice, material samples etc. (Mo and a gentleman whose name I'm not sure of - was it Ashley or something similar - both very helpful anyway!) to the quick delivery once ordered, to the precise timing when delivered by two very helpful gentlemen who put together the sofa and made sure that no 'rubbish' was left behind. The main delivery man even removed the metal studs (for carpets) and stuck some floor protectors on the legs to protect my wooden floor! It all might be normal for 'Highly Sprung', but it felt as though each person was going the extra mile to give me the best experience possible.

I bought the Windsor 3 seater and chose lots of little details that made it right for me (e.g. Chris explained how it could be made slightly narrower - by turning round a piece of wood when the sofa was built - as I had a limited space).

The sofa is really comfortable and has been much admired - I would heartily recommend Highly Sprung.

Everyone at Highly Sprung made purchasing my love seat a real success. Charles in particular has been a dream. My Love seat is by far the best addition to my home, highest quality and comfort around, it looks and feels terrific! Thank you!

We looked all over London fora sofa bed the right size for our room and Steve couldn't have been more helpful or made it any easier to make our decision - nothing was too much trouble. After searching through 10 bed shops and exhausted, it was a pleasure to come across highly sprung. Never heard of them before but will be going back for more. Excellent service.
