The internet can be a great place for young people to play, learn and connect. It can also put them at risk of online abuse. Radicalisation can be difficult to spot it might be nothing, it might be something.

Drug dealer jailed for 5 years
Roshan SAHOTA, 38 [dob 10/06/1981] of Larch Crescent, Hayes, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with the intent to supply crack cocaine and 2 counts of possession with the intent to supply heroin.
The court heard that On Thursday, 9 May 2019 officers from Southall Safer Neighbourhood Team were on patrol in the area of Longboat Row, Southall due to recent ASB & reports of drugs supply in the area. Officers saw Sahota, who on seeing the of...ficers, attempted to discard two packages of class A drugs onto the floor. He was detained and the packages were recovered.
Whilst released under investigation, on Wednesday 23, January 2020 PS Catlin from Ealing Emergency Response Team C had observed what he believed to be a drug deal taking place on Singapore Rd, Ealing. As Sahota was approached by officers, again discarded several wraps of Class A drugs.
PC Jeffries from the West Area Drug Focus Desk (DFD) took on the investigation. In total over 50 individual wraps of Crack Cocaine and Heroin were recovered from the incidents which had a potential street value of £1,030
At Isleworth Crown Court on the 21, February 2020, Sahota was sentenced to 5 years 3 months imprisonment. The judge thanked Police for ensuring all investigative angles had been covered ready for the first hearing.
Inspector Dan Thompson – West Area Drugs Focus Desk said “What a fantastic team effort from Safer Neighbourhoods, Emergency Response & the Drugs Focus Desk, which I established in order to assist colleagues across all department in securing drugs supply convictions. The Drugs Focus Desk is a pioneering West Area initiative with the sole intention of locking up as many drug dealers as possible, which is critical in our fight to tackle Drug Related Violence. The harm that drugs & the supply of drugs cause within our communities is cannot be over emphasised. We are committed to making a difference. “
