What a great stay, absolutely loved it and I will stay again the room was fantastic and such a comfortable bed the pillows were so soft they felt like sleeping on a cloud . The self service breakfast was brilliant with such a wide choice of cooked food or cold buffet and so many pastries amazing and just what you need the morning after the night before

Was very impressed with our stay . On arrival we were met by lovely reception staff . Made to feel very welcome. Room was lovely and cosy. Very high standard of cleanliness. Excellent hospitality tray . Very good variety of tea etc . Had a good nights sleep . Would definitely recommend the cooked breakfast but the other options looked fantastic too. Would definitely come back to stay again . Very good value .

Stayed last night as we were invited to a grand wedding function at the hotel. Our room wasn't ready for check in but that was immediately resolved by giving us the room next door. We have a 9 month old infant and requested a cot for the room which was dropped off into our room whilst we got ready for the evening. The room was really nice and spacious. Very clean. Can't say much more as didn't hang around too long in the room due to the wedding function.

Spent the past two nights here. The first in a family room with my bridesmaids and the next in a deluxe room with my new husband. Brilliant from start to finish. Lovely rooms, everything we could have asked for and the staff were beyond helpful with anything we needed. We were even given some lovely cupcakes and a bottle of bubbly in the room for our wedding night.

Breakfast buffet was brilliant as well, great selection of food and all still fresh unlike other buffets were food is left for hours under the heat lamps to go dry.

Last minute dinner bed and breakfast deal on Boxing Day. Staff really nice, room very comfortable and dinner in bovine delicious as to was breakfast!! 👍👍

I stayed at this hotel with my 20 year old daughter as we were going on a birthday shopping trip in Glasgow the following day . The location is perfect for accessing all the West end has to offer which is too extensive to mention. The building itself is very traditional and solid with a contemporary interior. Our room faced the botanic gardens , was well furnished and spotless. Room service was punctual and the food was great . Friendly staff , great breakfast and then a few minutes walk to the underground and we were in the city centre in under 10 minutes. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would certainly recommend it.

Hotel excellent, very convenient location. We were dealt with promptly at checkin, family size room was huge. Very comfortable beds. A great nights sleep was had after returning from QMU.

Had lovely afternoon tea here . The room was spacious and comfortable and liked that it was different from usual sandwiches package offered elsewhere . We were met by lovely young girl who was friendly and attentive . Will definitely be back

Had Christmas Day lunch at Bo'Vine. What a lovely relaxed, non commercial experience. As a family of 3, most of the customers were in small groups. Service was superb, especially James our waiter. A very relaxed approach, no rush and lots of personal touches, making it very enjoyable with out toddler. Lovely touch of Christmas movies and tea / coffee and mince pies in the terrace lounge to finish! A very enjoyable Christmas afternoon, and food was excellent! Highly recommend!

Great night away. Bed and breakfast deal. Lovely clean and fresh room. It was our 1st wedding anniversary so we went out for a meal and when we arrived back at our room there was a card and 2 yummy cupcakes to celebrate our anniversary from the hotel. Lovely gesture.

Went for our anniversary and my husbands birthday . Up graded to a family room though not sure that actually is an upgrade :-) wedding was on and music went on late .. it's an old building and I think some of the plumbing could do with updating - it creaked and groaned when others were using the facilities ! We were left 2 beautiful cup cakes and a card for our anniversary/ my husbands birthday ( shame I could eat one - diabetic ;-( )

This was a Mother's Day treat from my daughter we were there yesterday we had a great afternoon tea cakes were beautiful and very tasty but was surprised by the sandwich choices salmon cucumber and ham not what I was expecting as two of these the salmon and cucumber are an acquired taste my daughter book this for 4 it was very cold in room we were in a few people complained about this and one lady was given a blanket we then left

Good quality service & food as expected for a Hilton hotel but unfortunately barely slept at all due to stifling heat in the room despite having a noisy table top fan running all night. Outside daytime temperature was fairly warm for a June day in Glasgow but not exceptional at 21c so quite surprised at the temperature in the room!

Location is very good just off Great Western Road at top of Byres Road with plenty of bar/restaurants to chose from in close proximity and in fact there was a festival on outside the hotel during our visit.

We were booked for 4pm & on arrival ( 3.55pm) we were greeted by “we close at 5pm” - not much of a welcome! No table was set up for us indeed several dirty tables including our own had to be cleared first. We ordered hot food as well as the afternoon tea from the bar menu and this arrived 20 mins after everything else. I had to asked for the “included “ prosseco and when I asked for more tea it was completely forgotten!

The little waitress was completely out her depth and really struggling - it’s been a long day she told us!

On the plus side the food when it eventually arrived was delicious but wouldn’t rush back - they need to pull their socks up�

Was there on the 11th Nov for my birthday with 3 of my family for high tea it was ok but it was 20 min or more b4 they brought our tea and coffee there was another party in after us that was served everything b4 us we were really cold and also we were arguing over the dessert as they only put 1 of the creame brulea and trifle for 2 we both wanted a trifle and a creame brulea I kn this sounds trivial but to some people like me and my family it's quality and satisfaction but we were not really x

The staff couldn’t have been nicer.Was really disappointed in the afternoon tea having to say to fellow guests what do you want ok well theres not one for everyone so you take that and I’ll do without 7 people sharing but not 7 equal shares when we all paid the same price .

Expected better from the Hilton! Let the bride, groom and their family down a few times over the course of the wedding
