Staff were constantly distracted talking amongst themselves while I was waiting on line. And when we started playing the screen was showing 0 all the time so at the end I never what we scored. Very disappointed ��

We've had a good experience here in the past but this half term was awful! We booked a time slot online, but we had to wait 15 minutes after our time slot because a lane wasn't available. Maybe they double booked. The desk staff were rude and ignored us when we asked how long the lane would be. He just carried on staring at his computer while we waited for ages! Also, when we finally got a lane there were only 3 pins as it wasn't set up for a new game. So we called for staff on the game set up screen but nobody came. I asked a passing female staff member to help but again was ignored. Also the man on the desk gave me 2 right shoes which I had to get changed. The game ended before my son took his last turn. The staff are all very young and don't appear to care about customer service. There was litter everywhere.

We love bowling, but this place is filthy.....the toilets, the bar, the areas around the lanes, it’s all appalling. Can’t believe the place is still going and hasn’t been shut down for failing hygiene standards.

Could not believe how much it has changed.

Sat in the bar area as we arrived early -no clean /cleared tables to sit at, we ended up clearing one ourselves. Once on our lane the service was also very poor 20 minutes for anyone to respond to the call

Staff run around as not brought out on for a Saturday night -won’t be going back in a hurry

What a joke, went there with a few friends to celebrate my birthday, very few staff on site, needed help with our lane. pressed service button, had to go up to the desk, one member of staff completely blanked out lanes walking by, when we pressed for service, I went up to another member to order drinks, come on!! Been going there for yeeears and never experienced such bad/lack of common sense before!

Took some guests for what I hoped would be a great evening for them. Turned out to be a horrible experience due to unprofessional management turning our game off. No apologies. No refund. Expensive entertainment with appalling service.

Too few staff - dreadful service !! Booked lane for 6.00pm arrived on time but no one on the desk to book us in. Eventually a staff member arrived and served someone not in queue!! When we got our lane it kept freezing so we had to find an overworked member of staff to release it because the call button was ignored. Our drinks order was wrong - too many glasses of wine and no glass for the bottle of prosecco - took ages to sort out . You are not a cheap entertainment , get more staff and stop taking your customers for granted !!

This place is a chaos! We actually got our lane 35 minutes late. The lady who served us wasn’t really bothered how long we needed to wait and she wasn’t even willing to give us a specific waiting time! Obviously she couldn’t say over 30 MINS!!!! The place was dirty, the staff was not helpful at all! For the amount of money they charge, far better service needs to be provided!!!!!

The worst ever- lady called Sawan claiming to b manager said “you r muslims shame on u” and picked on me with 6 kids all aged 4/5! And was arguing including other staff! NEVER ever goin again! Had a family of 19 and squeezed us on 2 lanes with 30 mins wait although we booked early and 3 lanes. Get rid of the staff!!!!

The food was disgusting, knifes and forks were so dirty. There were loads of flys flying around whilst we were sat waiting for our disgusting. When i looked at the wall behind where my children were sitting it was full of flys. We went to play the arcades i lost about £3 in some of the games that did even work. There was no one around to help retrieve my money i had lost. Its an awful place!!! Customer service is...............there is no customer service!!!!

Nice to know that nearly 2 months down the line I've had no follow up call as promised �looks like the customer services dept is just as bad as the bowling!



On this occasion the whole experience was terrible! Only 2 members of staff on - one at the desk and one behind the bar!!! We couldn't get the bay cleaned as it was full of food and drink from the previous bowlers! I had pre ordered 3 family platters only to be told the kitchen was closed - then when managing to get them to 'reopen' it was told there was no burgers (strange When all they have is a million and one different burgers on the menu!) one of our lanes had a fault which took half way through our game to rectify! It was just very poor! Such a shame really

Made a complaint about how we were treated on the 13/1/18 and they think it's ok to speak to customers with an attitude, this place is being run by teens who have no manners and and a manager who is rude and argumentative.

Also the manager lied to us about the game automatically switching off as we were at the desk trying to add another child to our booking.

The toilets were smelly.

And our game ran for 1.5 hrs, so unfortunate that a big company tried to ruin 2 birthdays. Leaving me stressed out and unable to enjoy the bowling.

Not even an attempt to try and make things better by this company.

Food took well over an hour and then only cold fries arrived at the end of our 2nd game. No drinks or the rest of our order. Went to complain and tell them to forget it only to be told to pay for them! Absolutely terrible customer service and only one staff member at the main desk and none anywhere else. Then followed and harassed by staff in the arcade (suddenly 2 appeared!) because I refused to be shouted at, especially with my child there. Finally had an apology and told not to worry about the cold fries. Won't be going back there for sure!

Food took more then an hour to arrive, we kept going to ask where it was and kept being told it would be here soon but it wasn’t. We were bowling and had to keep going to the bar because it took too long for someone to come using the call button. So we didn’t even get to enjoy bowling because of it. When the food did come the chips were burnt! Because it took so long for the food to come we just gave up. Do not recommend the food at all.

Booked for 18:00, got there early (as they asked) to be told that we've been pushed to 18:20. We then had to wait 45 minutes to start playing. When we got to our lanes there was rubbish and food all over the place.

I read the reviews (mostly terrible) before going but didn't believe it could be that bad as my memory of it from my childhood was so good. Will never go back.

Been waiting 15 mins to get the lane sorted as the screen is dead. It’s like we are invisible or something. This is not an acceptable experience. Now the pins are not coming down . screen flashing red as I have called technician no one is coming. This place is clearly under staffed...

Awful. Spent most of the night waiting. Waiting way too long for a drink at an empty bar, waiting for someone to fix the bowling lane which broke about 6 times in 1 game, waiting for someone to tell us which lane our game was reserved in. Service was appaling. I saw plenty of people wearing the uniform for Hollywood bowl but none of them seemed to be working.

Really disappointed. Wish I hadn't wasted an evening in this place.

Would definitely recommend to NOT go here.

Absolutely awful!!! We books a party and the lady Pauline I think her name was give the worst service plus they didn’t put all the kids on the list and when someone came to change it, they said that we will lose half an hour if they have to do the charge ...... never ever again! Oh and the food was awful!!! 1 the food came very late even 2 The chicken nuggets weren’t cook probably
