Missed half of the living room, operator to lazy to do under the sofa. I personally found the bloke very patronising. £58 for 30 minutes work was an absolute rip off !!!

Ruined my sofa!!! Then blamed it on us! The sofa is a Laura Ashley sofa and we've only had it three years, now it looks awful as it was a light grey and now it's pink! Don't use these guys as they took ages to get back to us and then just fobbed us off, as they weren't bothered at all!
