These guys are always top notch. Some of the best customer service I've ever had from any company, consistently. Great beer selection which is always stuffed full of big names, the hottest releases, some more niche foreign stuff and new up and coming breweries. The Bank scheme is awesome as I can get cheaper beer to my door the very next day for no extra cost! Look no further for a reliable, reasonably priced online craft beer shop. Great, easy to use website too.

Started working on my advent calendar and have to say, I'm not disappointed at all. All the beers that I've opened so far have been first class. What a pity there's only 24 windows to open. Now do I open some doors early? ;-)

Received a gift subscription at Christmas from my wife and it’s been great fun to get a different lot of beers each month tailored to my taste. Customer service is excellent and would definitely recommend!

Ordered my Pops a Fathers Day present and was worried if it arrive before Sunday. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely lady called Bella(?) who ensured me it would arrive on time, and it did! My Daddio loved the beerios and he even shared a couple with me. Great Beer! Great Service! Great Delivery! Will be making another order soon as I see you have Stone&Wood Pacific Ale in stock, all the way from Byron Bay Australia. Yewwwwww!

Ordered a present last minute & emailed to check on delivery as I never received any confirmation. The team replied within an hour with tracking references & reassure (this was in the evening)! Present arrived early today, first class customer service, sure other half will be over the moon with his beer selections! ���

Just placed my first order with HonestBrew, and super-impressed with the awesome selection of beers and the ultra user friendly website. Extremely easy to find what I was looking for, and alarmingly easy to keep adding more and more amazing looking beer to the basket. Immediate email confirmation of order and the best bit - an email confirming despatch received within an hour. Fully confident that the delivery and beers will be equally awesome, and look forward to lots more orders in the future. A great find.

I was accidentally sent 2 incorrect ales in my bespoke box this week and as soon as I emailed to let them know they responded and offered to either refund me or send me the correct ales FOC. 2 days later my replacement ales arrived! Such great customer service and a fantastic selection of beers too. Highly recommended!

I placed an order with these guys after receiving an epic case of Beavertown from them via my girlfriend. Great selection of Beers and great service! I had a miss pick on my first order but they dealt with the issue promptly and got the missing beer sent out to me on an express service. These things happen however you judge a company on how well they deal with these issues and I cannot commend them enough, well done and thanks Frank! I'll be ordering again soon!

I have been using HonestBrew for quite a while now and they are absolutely brilliant. I am signed up to their subscription service which offers a fantastic selection of beers, plus all the great limited edition and small batch items they get in as well. Plus, they do collabs! They're super fast to pack up and send out deliveries (sometimes too fast!) and my boxes get to me in the Isle of Man in a very timely manner. I may also have a small crush on Bella, because not only is her customer service top notch, she's genuinely super lovely to talk to (even when it veers off into things unrelated to beer!). I cannot recommend HonestBrew (or Bella) enough! :D

I don't often write reviews but I feel compelled to tell everyone about my experience with Honest Brew. They are probably the best online company I have ever dealt with. Their website is superb with a really good chat feature where you can discuss your pending orders, receive recommendations for beer etc. and it leaves you feeling that you are a valued customer.

I originally opted for the Honesty Box subscription but then realised that the Bank option would be better for me as I prefer rare beers and special editions. I contacted honest Brew via the chat feature and was able to stop my initial order that was being prepared and then seamlessly switch to the Bank subscription with no issues. (How often does that usually happen)? I then placed my order before 1pm and because I spent over £50 delivery was free. It was the standard 3 day delivery but it actually arrived the following morning at 10am. What service! This was after I contacted them, again, via the chat feature to change the delivery address. I would not hesitate recommending this company for you craft ale fans out there....oh....and they have a cracking range of ale too!!!!!

Had a rocky start with this lot, however... Restored my faith with then quickly and order a few more cases since a terrible first experience. Great choice of ales, from your standard brews to more experimental beers. Regular customer now.

Excellent service and top quality selection. Had an initial issue with a Howler arriving damaged but this was no fault of the company themselves and their action to resolve was commendable. Will be recommending and using again. Thanks guys, great customer service �

Absolutely fab products. I have just finished the beer advent calendar and was really impressed with the variety and quality of beers. Lots of beers that were previously unknown to me that were different but had superb flavour and depth. I will definitely be using honest brew again.

Absolutely cracking. Nice guys, take the time to help you and a great range with prompt delivery. Really love their foundation concept and a sceptical voucher-hawk who dropped in for the freebie found himself unusually hooked.

Well done to the founders and the team as you have created something truly awesome.

I like Honest Brew. Decent beer selection and quick delivery. The beer bank is a good idea too as I don’t notice the £20 disappearing from my account every month and then, all of a sudden, I have loads of cash to spend on lovely beer ������

Really great products but really annoyed with the packaging! I ordered my husband a Fathers Day gift from our boys. It arrived today and my husband got home first. It has in a sticker across the package stating ‘Father’s Day Gift’ and then Honest Brew plastered all over the box. Needless to say he’s guessed what he has for Father’sDay.

The beers are good no complaints there - but the service just doesn't stack up - I've had parcels go missing, bottles broken on more than one occasion and they are more expensive than buying beer from a specialist shop. If you're paying for convenience - it needs to be convenient. Looks like I'm in the minority, but I've used them for the last time.

Waited in for the Fathers delivery all day yesterday. I ordered it in Monday and was promised delivery in time for Father’s Day, 5 days is not anything too ott for delivery either....

Nothing came, now you are closed, can’t contact anyone and my kids don’t have the present they were excited to give their Dad.



I normally order from Brewdog, with great success, but thought I would try someone new. Now I really regret that. Disappointed is an understatement.
