Food was lovely when it finally arrived! Service is shoddy though!

Cafe service was poor. With staff holding their own conversations with each other, instead of replacing the empty service area of sandwiches. No Sandwiches readily avaialable at 1.00 pm

Mulberry sales assistant was a disgrace scowled at my son when he light heartedly asked if the bag I was about to by my wife was fake. Unlucky hoopers you just lost out on a sale !!!!!!! Disgusted
