Love this place, home from home. Food is gorgeous in the restaurant at the hotel.
Me and my wife had a lovely honeymoon at this hotel. The staff were faultless. Alexandria and Evita were exceptional waitresses along with the rest of the team. The food was good and very well prepared and presented. They even adjusted the menu for my wife who is dairy intolerant. Definately would stay again. The hotel is near the seafront, about 3 minutes walk and 5 minutes from the town centre.
Old fashioned but clean with plenty of staff on duty. Excellent breakfast on self service. Good location for town and restaurants. No lift and a step or two in the front door. Not the best for wheelchairs. There are notices around about that indicate it may be closing due to a hospital expansion.
Beautiful character and good location for accessing the bus station, shops, restaurants and beach. Staff all very helpful and lovely and service is efficient. Rooms are slightly dated but it fits in with the overall theme.
Room was nice. Bit of a rabbit Warren getting around, pool looked inviting but cool and closes early. Close to sea front and centre.

Oldie worldie hotel in Jersey. ...restaurant is great and recommended by the locals. Great place to stay even though it's a little old, the staff were fabulous.
The staff were all friendly, pleasant and helpful. The decor seems a bit tired and dated and the shower was a bit Russian roulette in terms of temperature! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location for St Helier and bus routes to the west of the Island. All in decent value for money.
Loved this hotel, might not to be everyone's taste but we enjoyed it, lovely staff, food was fresh and plenty of it, very clean rooms with with on suite bathroom, very spacious with full size bath , we wanted to go a tour of the island which the staff arranged and was most enjoyable, would go back to this hotel again
