Everything thing fine. Our radiator in our room didn't work, bearing in mind we went late October they did supply us with a portable heater, the heating only comes on in the evening and not in the morning, so it was very cold in the bathroom. I had my 71 yr old mum with me. Some of the staff did not understand English.
Lovely hotel, very nice inside with friendly staff. Comfortable room, short walk from the centre of town. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay there again.
Usual reason it's not five stars from me; bathroom is a bit dated but spotlessly clean. Shaver socket works and shower cubicle was roomy enough for two people, should you wish to share.
Everything else was as expected and it's a nice hotel in all fairness. Most of St Hellier is within walking distance. Helpful staff and it's not often you get a crystal chandelier in reception in a hotel at this price.
I think David has lost his fig leaf though.
Thank you for a professional and friendly service. The girls who cleaned the rooms the staff at breakfast. Especially the front staff in the bar and the desk . Cheers for a memorable stay.
The staff here are all young, friendly and very professional. Friendly being the operative word here. Always ready with a smile and nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel itself is grand in an understated way. Stylish, shiny, comfortable and plush.
I'd recommend it to anyone
Newly refurbished
Rooms very clean ,staff wonderful ,great location in town
Decent hotel, if you can avoid the jazz music in the bar
Clean and comfortable hotel with decent sized rooms, a great breakfast and an outdoor swimming pool. It can feel a bit dated but it works. Best part of the hotel is the jazz bar though with live music every Friday and Saturday.
Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. Would definitely recommend.
