Hot Pod yoga is one of the best things i do on a Sunday. It sets the tone for the rest of the week. I have an awesome instructor Ava who is very patient with my many mistakes and that makes me want to improve my poses. Yoga is a personal journey- Having the intensity of the heat makes you work harder but the feeling you get after is comparable to no other yoga sessions i have had before . Looking forward to my next class!!!!
