Hotpod Yoga

My first time at hotpod yoga and loved it. Really liked the teacher, the flow sequence and the heat. Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Feel so much lighter!

Love hot pod yoga in Hackney. Teachers are superb, pod is toasty and clean.

I had the most fantastic yoga session yesterday morning. The teacher was warm, inviting, and took time with each individual in guiding them with the movements. The rest of my day was filled with energy and happinesss. Thank you ( also thank you for the lovely breakfast laid on afterwards). Amsie

Great customer service, very relaxing, and friendly teachers. If you have a knee problem like me then I would recommend Hotpod yoga, it’ll help strengthen muscles and loosen some of the stiffness you may have.
