From just after the start of our full renovation of the old Black horse public house. We had already removed, repaired and reinstated the pan tile roof at this point. This album will take you all the way through to the finished Article.

One of the last jobs of the year, re skimmed two bedrooms, fitted loft access hatch and ladder, replaced all radiators. Removed two walls, blocked off a doorway and cut a new door in to centralise access into what was a cloak room. Then went on to convert cloakroom into an ensuite shower room as well as building another Ensuite into bed 2. All pipe work hidden under floor for a fresh, clean finish.

Here we have Spoilt Rotten Salon in March. We gutted it right back to the brick shell, opened up the vaulted ceiling, fully insulated, full re wire, rebuild shop front and parapet. Boarded and skimmed throughout, kitchen units and Wc installed then decorated with an elegant touch. All work carried out by ourselves.

Here we have our next Grade II Renovation.
First part of the project is complete. Large site clearance from years of overgrowth and the remains of a steel framed structure.
Gable End has been removed to a safe height and perimeter walls await permission to be reinforced.

Easy maintenance free front garden followed by porch being stripped back and re painted. Finished off with a new set of meter overboxes.

2.4M capped wall in Flemish antiques with a pair of flower beds tied in. Accompanied by 85M2 Indian sandstone.
12M strip footing awaiting brick delivery to site
