Situated in Hampstead within a Beautiful Victorian Townhouse is this impressive duplex apartment boasting of natural light through its large windows. Hoxon completely transformed this property by adding a two story extension to the rear, with bespoke glass-walls, glass sliding doors and two large roof-lights. The Lower ground floor now benefits from two Bedrooms, two contemporary Bathrooms and a study. The upper ground floor with its impressive high ceilings now benefits from an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living room.

This Beautiful Edwardian Semi-detached House in Streatham Hill had so much potential with its unique internal spaces, larger than average rooms and two “brilliant owners” with infectious passion for architecture. The project itself involved some major alterations throughout ground floor. Most of the internal walls were either removed or shifted in order to create some very impressive open-plan spaces. The final product is a perfect example of a “well balanced” contemporary home.

Hoxon and Charles Barclay Architects joined forces to create another “showstopper”. Situated in an envious postcode is this four story semi-detached house belonging to a young family of three. This impressive house has undergone a complete transformation by stripping it back and performing some major alterations and reconfiguration. The showstopper has to be the double-height “Grand-design” extension to the side with its impressive full-height glass walls to front and back, with lots of natural light flooding in.
