Very new, modern hotel in good position for all that London has to offer. Comfortable beds, spotless bathroom, hairdryer, water provided in room & 24 hour coffee /tea station in reception. Friendly welcoming staff . My only niggle was with the toiletries. I hate bottles of cheap wash on wall. But that's only a personal preference.

Will definitely use this hotel again.

The Premier Inn Hub is awesome. Better than a lot of London hotels I’ve stayed in and for half the price. Staff are great too.

Stayed here in May and everything was fine. Quiet stylish modern room - all I wanted. Location is very good for walking around London, I love to come back!

Small, but well-thought out rooms. I had everything I needed and the location was wonderful. The staff was efficient and thoughtful.

Liz Manley and I were incredibly lucky to be the first ever customers for Goodge Street Premier Inn Hub!! We were presented with a bottle of Mumm Champagne on arrival and made to feel like Queens!



The hotel room was plush with all the gadgets you could wish for: electric blinds, air conditioning, smart TV with mirroring accessibility, access points for USB charging and smart lights, most of which worked from a funky new Premier Inn app (which Liz found fun to use in the bar whilst I was in the room ha ha).



Excellent location, we visited the Harry Potter play, the Mere restaurant, and the British Museum over our weekend, all superb and only a short amble from the hotel.



Although brand new, we had no issues with anything at all in the room. I had an allergy to the wool infill in the new style duvet but the staff arranged for a hypoallergenic version to be brought for me to replace it. So extra points for superb customer service there.



Definitely will be back for another visit, maybe to theatre land or just for a weekend break in London. Would highly recommend.

I work for a charity and booked 40 rooms for our annual conference in March of this year. All of our staff were so impressed so I will certainly be booking 'The Hub' again next year! I can only make one negative comment - two of our guests were happy to share a double room to save costs, but when they checked in, they found one single bed in the room! This was sorted immediately by the hotel staff which provided them with a double room with two beds, but we were charged for both rooms.... :o(

I stayed here for 2 nights. I never travel alone so was nervous. But from the moment i walked in till i checked out i was treated so well. The room was clean the staff were wonderful nothing was to much for them. I would definitely recommend it.

I stay at Hub hotels quite regularly and have stayed at almost all of them, in London. They never disappoint. Clean, extremely comfortable and very well thought through. I love them. Plus the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

I don’t know what Premier Inn do with their hiring or training at these places, but whatever it is, they need to keep doing it. Their staff are always fab, friendly and helpful.

Special thanks to the team on the desk last night. They got us into our room (room key in nicked purse) with compassion and speed without compromising security.

Had an excellent stay at this hub hotel. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Every member of staff gave exceptional customer service. The rooms are well designed with everything you need - I stayed 3 nights & would have happily stayed longer. The breakfast was extremely good value at £5 as was the evening “Happy Hour”.

I will definitely be back.

A bijou, clean, beautifully interior designed, quality hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to get about all the ldn hotspots. 3 nights @ £150 for the 2 of us. Can't say fairer than that. :)



Add in the 2 for 1 cocktails plus free cheese and biscuits during happy hour, class!

5 star service. From the moment we entered we were really pleased we chose to stay here. Comfortable rooms. On marathon day they did breakfast earlier than normal for us. Can’t find any faults. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Loved it....only fault I could find was that there were no glasses to drink the free water from! Minor fault I know, but some of us don't like drinking from the bottle.
