15 years of experience in the fields of Good governance and public sector reform including constitution and legislation drafting, developing and implementing anti-corruption strategies and compliance mechanisms in the public and private sectors; international economic and commercial sanctions; Drafting and international arbitration in public contracts; International mutual legal assistance and asset recovery; and Result based monitoring and evaluation. Worked extensively with transnational corporations and major international organizations including with the United Nations, European Union and the World Bank. Acquired in depth experience in legal assessment and research. Extensive experience in legal frameworks and public policy in the Arab and Middle East countries.
