Extremely disappointing. I was told I'd receive a call within 24- 48 hours, right after I made the payment of £92. Never received any call from them ever. Very poor, tardy communication. I had to repeatedly ask them each question like 5 times before it would be unsatisfactorily answered. It's like they don't care a hoot if you get your Visa or not. Basically, the £95 is just for them to send you a couple of forms to fill and to book you an appointment both of which you can very well do online yourself and save yourself £92 AND get the job done much sooner than IAM will do it.

This company rips off unsuspecting users by imitating official government sites and drastically over-charging for visas etc. Despite listing rights under consumer regulations on their website they do not respond to requests for refunds even when orders are cancelled within 24 hours.

Stay well away. They have now been reported to the immigration ombudsman and I intend to contact all organisations that have accredited them to request they withdraw accreditation

I had to hand fill my application during my appointment because they can’t fill a simple form! DON’T USE there services. When I called requesting a refund they stop taking my calls! They are rubbish and don’t know what they are doing.

It was not accepted . I had to make a fresh application under another section with new supporting documents (which I had to make phone calls and wait for an hour ) . It was a distressing stressful morning because I assumed everything was checked prior to interview and I assumed I just show up with the paperwork however it was not !

I was scammed of £90 for nothing as I ended up doing everything myself and paid another £175. What service did they actually do apart from booking my interview which I could have done so myself !

At the time of application it was said you need 22 days atleast before your travel date which I had at the time of submitting and asked for a payment of £93. And then I receive email and phone call saying there is no availability for a standard appointment but there are slots for premium service at an extra cost for £125 - How's that ethical at all? Which doesn't mention the non availability of appointments.And the requirement of accommodation details and full itinerary means you need to book flights and accommodation before hand even before applying. This whole process so far has been stressful and is going to leave me feeling looted by IAM.



If you are a local business relying on positive word you should also think about customer care and customers who can't afford to be paying premium services and serving them.

Not even worth 1 Star, they advised £60 for the visa fee and took £92 from my bank, Ali is the waster we are dealing with who can't even communicate correctly over email. We were applying for a Spain visa and he made the application for Portugal and advised on the wrong visa.

I sent my documents copy’s and the lady told she will arrange for me appointment to submit my documents

I waited for weeks nothing from them

I called them and the lady said she’ll get someone to call me back, which no one did

3 days before my travel date I called them again, this time is a guy and he arranged my appointment for the next day

This time the embassy said they need 10 to 14 days to princess my visa

So this time it’s too late for me to travel

I lost money on the accommodation and the transportation

It’s a waste of money to pay for nothing

I’ve tried calling 13 times from Australia because it appears your scamming an 80 year old out of her savings for a passport that costs £105! I’ve emailed, tried messaging and no answer. This old woman has mistakenly applied for a passport she doesn’t even need and this is day 1 of the application. 2 week cooling off period...cancel it and give her money back.

If you have plenty of money to loose and time and also add up some stress to your life, just go for IAM.

I would definitely do not recommend IAM at all.

Their payment system is crap, and they don’t admit it and they claim that the refund system is very unique, but wasted almost 3 months of my time just in order to partially refund. If we try to email, they never answer or else they just mark email id as spam in spite of providing genuine details. They listen to whatever we say, and how many ever times we call, they had same questioning and no follow-up on what is happening to the case.



Unfortunately, such crap services have been linked from Schengen visa, which is very disappointing. Either they don’t know that IAM is a fraud service or they had their share.

I have learnt my lessons in a very hard way, losing money and time and adding stress to life. I will never ever use their services.

I wish i had read these reviews before going ahead to let these scumbags rip me off £182 for an application i could have made directly at BLS for a fraction. They just took the money and that was pretty much the last i heard from anyone in this company. No follow ups, very shoddy responses that were not relevant to my application and eventually they just stopped taking my calls or trying to return calls when i got in touch with someone. I will not advise anyone to use this service, just go direct.

I give zero star actually. It’s an absolute scam, they ranked high on google so people trust it. I have applied for Schengen visa myself 3 times and it cost me £70 max including the visa fee. They charged my £92, ofcourse I thought that includes the visa fee only to find out they charged £92 for just bloody booking the appointment. I had to pay another £90 at the visa centre. What a rip off. Visa cost me £182 instead of £70. I am preparing a case to file at UK trading standards. They are misleading the public. My mate is helping me from a big media channel. I am going to send google a report as well. I just don’t want anyone else to fall for this stupid IAM Scam.

Do not do business with this organization. I am usually vigilant but for some reason i fell into this trap as they were one of the first links that came up when i was researching to renew my schengen visa. I was charged £90+ to fill up a form and then when i started to receive careless automated emails and an out of office from easter i started to doubt their capability. I sent an email to cancel immediately.



No one got back to me so i had to call them up. And they said they didnt receive my instructions to cancel?! Rubbish. Did more reading and discovered i should only be spending ca 20 to 30 quid for a EU family member schengen visa. IAM charge you with inflated prices.



I am in the process of reporting to EU fraud investigations and the UK immigration services commissioner. They will not process my full refund. No work was done at all and they want to charge me £35 admin?!!!
