The International Association for People & Performance Development was founded to represent the single largest body of knowledge in the field of Performance Management, based on two pillars: Academic desk research and a vast database of information on performance management behaviours, derived from an international study of the impact of the practice of performance management.

IAPPD signed new IPO agreement at Amman – Jordan in 24/11/2019. With Nawat Events Management Co. Ltd and SalesH2O Co.
The agreement was signed by Ms. Sara Ludvigsen, RBDM from IAPPD Denmark Office and Ms. Sara Al Otaibi, Nawat, CEO and Alaa Khatib, SalesH2O CM Jordan.

IAPPD 2020
The last ten years have been challenging for the International Association for People and Performance Development. since we start in 2010 and in response to the global’s changing circumstances, the IAPPD launched in 2016 a new strategy entitled –“Focus on regionalization”.
This strategy, built on 3 pillars... 1- Restructuring operating model, to better serve our partners and clients. 2- Developing operational hubs in Africa, Asia as well as Middle East. 3- Systematize IAPPD business model
According to this strategy, IAPPD was restructured into six main operating departments, namely, 1- IAPPD Training 2- IAPPD Conference 3- IAPPD Excellence 4- IAPPD Speakers 5- IAPPD Materials 6- IAPPD Invest
As a result, we manage to 1- Certify 1319 professionals globally, 2- Endorse 139 professional programs 3- Launch IAPPD Speakers Portal to serve 862 IAPPD Certified Professional Trainers (CPT’s) 4- Launch IAPPD Partners Portal to serve 146 IAPPD International Partner Organizations (IPO’s) 5- Launch IAPPD Exam Online Center (EXAMOC) 6- And much more
By the end of this year 2019, IAPPD launches IAPPD 2020 strategy entitled “Era of PERFORMANCE ENRICHMENT”.
IAPPD strategy is based on building new winning edge: where more engaged partners lead to more engaged professionals. In this strategy we will be helping our partners develop new action plans to improve their investments in developing human capital and increase performance edge to reach new levels, IAPPD will support its partners to connect the local professional with global networks and empower them to use the their full potential by leveraging technologies for a new digital markets.
