Last night, our outdoor restaurant and bar La Terraza London teamed up with TIO PEPE and González Byass for an Andalusian-themed evening.

Tonight our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano is taking part in the ‘Hosting the Stars by Destino’ a memorable dining experience in collaboration with Estrella Damm, which will take place at the resort’s Sea View Terrace. The event, hosted by Destino Ibiza Chef Executive, Samuel G. Galdón, will showcase the finest culinary magic in ‘Arrels’ a tasting menu created by internationally recognized Spanish chefs Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero Oficial, Dani García, Paco Pérez Miramar and Nacho Manzano, adding up to a total of 12 Michelin stars. Arrels, ‘roots’ in Eivissenc (dialect from Ibiza), makes reference to the essence, the origin; inviting the culinary artists to fuse their regional traditions with gastronomic innovation.

Here's some beautiful pictures of the restaurant Casa Marcial in Asturias. It's the 2 Michelin starred restaurant of our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano where most of his dishes are created, that inspire Ibérica’s menu. Nacho even puts some of his signature dishes on Ibérica’s menu, such as the poached hake and his grandmother's croquetas recipe.

Our chorizo tapas is a classic Spanish staple that show off Asturias cider’s potential that works magnificently with non-cured smoked chorizo. The secret is to use a natural, bubble-free, cloudy and dry apple cider.

Top quality Jamon and nice variety of delicious tapas. Highlights for me were the croquets, octopus and steak. Service was excellent on a busy Friday night.

Jalapenos and croquetas were amazing. Asparagus bruchettas were brilliant and very unusual!

I went for my birthday dinner with friends on Saturday 1st we had a selection of varied tapas and several sangria's we thoroughly enjoyed the food which was excellent but in some the portions rather small. The service was excellent.

Great food for sharing ,exceptional quality matched by exceptional service ....with a fascinating wine list .

Fantastic food! We were greeted by friendly staff who were happy to make suggestions. Nice setting but if you wish to have a nice quiet table for a tête à tête, do ask as you may find you are seated in a busy area of the restaurant as it is very busy. Don’t go if you want a quick bite to eat and dash. We thoroughly enjoyed the laid back way of eating and not needing to shovel our food down so they could get our table ready for the next couple to be seated. Would most definitely go again

Easily one of the top five meals of my entire life (and one of the others in that list was also here). We didn't eat or drink a single thing that wasn't absolutely perfect. I didn't know it was even possible for squid to be so tender and delicious.



The lovely staff were also happy to take an on the day reservation for the same evening and even accommodated my slightly odd request for a specific table that we'd sat at on our previous visit.

Delicious authentic Spanish food in stylish (not the 'Spanish theme' fake concept that I really dislike, just what a nice place would look like in actual Spain) surroundings and the shop sells a fine selection of delicacies. Amazing staff that accommodated our orders despite two out if the three of us arriving 15 minutes before closing time. A real gem and will be back :-)

A beautiful environment, an interesting menu, delicious food and fine Spanish wine, plus the staff are friendly and helpful....What more could you ask for? Can't wait to go again�
