I dont go in store only buy online but you are by far the best in Braintree, hardly ever any items not in stock and always on time, Your driver with the Silver hair and moustache is superb well done Iceland keep it up.

No delivery has arrived, no call � bed time for me soon as I have 6am alarm!!!!!!
My mum ordered her shopping friday morning and waited between 2pm and 6pm. The time came and we still had no delivery. We then get contacted saying the the van fridges have broken and we will receive the shopping the next day (today). We received our shopping today to then find that half of our shopping was missing. We now have to wait until tomorrow to receive the other half! Two days for a shopping delivery is a bloody joke! My mum has disabilities and relies on deliveries. Will not be shopping here again!!!
