I don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floating around accidentally¨Dlike on a breeze.

Timeline 22MAY2015: Soooo looking forward to being out on the track again this weekend at Whilton Mill. It feels like an eternity since the last time even though it was only a month ago. I guess it's because this is only my 4th race of the year. Still looking for sponsors so that this can be a more regular affair.

Timeline 18MAR2015: Looking forward to this weekend when I hope to compete at Whilton Mill - my 2nd outing of the year. Whilton is a very challenging track and that is what I like about it. And it's mom's birthday today so maybe I can bring a trophy home on Sat as a late birthday present for her :-)

Timeline 22FEB2015: Talk about racing on a shoestring! Very interesting weekend at Whilton Mill... It was my first time out in a kart since the beginning of Dec and I just about made it for the weekend. I arrived at the track late Sat afternoon because the plan was to save some money by skipping practice. The aim was just to get some track time after being out for so long. The weather forecast said it would be wet all weekend and that was great because we only had wet tyres, ...no slicks. We prayed it would stay wet.
Because we didn't get our entry in on time, I had to start the heats in last position. I didn't mind though as I was just glad to be out racing. In Heat 1, I made up 15 places from P21 to finish 6th in the dry. Starting Heat 2 from P21 again, I made up 19 places to finish 2nd under wet conditions - and set the fastest lap! The electronics system at the track went down soon after and I couldn't do Heat 3 - which added an extra touch to an already interesting weekend. In the end, the finals had to be cancelled because they could not get the systems up and running again.
I would like to say a big thank you to all those who made the weekend possible. Thanks to James, Fiona and Jordan for bed and breakfast; Tye & Ross for offering me an engine to race on; Ross for picking me up and bringing me back, and for sorting out my niggly purchase; big thanks to Tony and James who got me slick tyres when the rain did not come down as expected; and thanks to Marc for continuing to believe in me. Oh, and thanks to dad who had to scrounge around to get my race entry in :-)
Not sure when I'll be able to go racing next but it was great to be out this weekend. The attached picture is an aerial view of Whilton Mill (borrowed from their website).

Timeline 02FEB2015: Not much has happened this year because (sadly) my sponsors over the last 3 years have been unable to renew their sponsorship deal. They sponsored my racing as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) but have had to rein back on CSR as business has dipped a bit for them.
As a result, I have not done any racing at all this year and we are looking for new sponsors - individuals and businesses. The sponsorship could be in the form of CSR or based ...on adverts and promotions. For the latter, apart from being available for photo-shoots myself, my racing equipment (suit, helmet, kart) will be made available for adverts/promotions, and can be on display at events or business premises.
My results show that sponsors will be backing a proven winner and that will help promote their business. If you are interested in sponsoring my racing, or know of anyone interested, please contact us. Inbox me on Facebook, or email inem@cokerracing.com. Thanks!

Timeline 14DEC2014: Great weekend in my first Senior Max race although it didn't have the best ending. Won in my first ever Senior race in Heat 1; went from 15th to 2nd in Heat 2; and won the final also - only to be excluded because of a collision on track which most people agreed was a racing incident. Gutted - but a very promising weekend in preparation for next year. And well done to Harry Holdbrook for the win as well. Thanks to everyone! Here's me in my new suit...

Timeline 24NOV2014: With the Kimbolton title wrapped up, I plan to step up to Senior Rotax at Kimbolton in Dec - unless there are technical reasons for doing the final round in Junior Rotax. I have had a good time in Junior Rotax where I spent just under 2 years and picked up about 40 trophies, including the London Cup and East Anglian Cup this year.
So, I really wanted to do well at Whilton Mill this time around as it could be my last race in Junior Rotax - but things do no...t always go according to plan. I started Heat 1 in 23rd and finished 14th, similar to Heat 2 where I started 22nd and finished 14th again. I started Heat 3 6th and finished 2nd. I was on P9 for the final and finished 5th. Thanks to Marc, Michael, Timmy, Aaron and Jordan - and also Tony, Eileen, Fiona, and James. You guys are great!
My preferred option for 2015 is to get a seat in the new British FIA F4 series whilst racing karts in-between F4 races. I am looking to raise £150,000 to make this F4 dream come true. If you would like to contribute in any way, it would be much appreciated. Please send an email to info@cokerracing.com for further details. Thanks!

Timeline 19NOV2014: Heading to Whilton this weekend for the final round of the WMKC 2014 championship. This will be my 3rd consecutive appearance at Whilton and I'm hoping for better luck. My brakes failed in Sep whilst running in 2nd place; and in Oct, the chain snapped and had a DNF. So, touch wood, no issues this weekend. I'm looking forward to it, especially since there is a full grid of exciting drivers this weekend.

Timeline 09NOV2014: BETTER THAN LEWIS :-) Very good weekend at Kimbolton. In a grid that included the newly-crowned British karting champion, Sandy Mitchell, I had a near-perfect round with two wins and a 2nd place. This means that I have won the HKRC Championship with a round to spare - and I don't have to take it to the last round like Lewis Hamilton :-) Also, by winning the final, I become the only driver to win two consecutive rounds this year - that's how close the title fight has been.
First the Josh O'Malley Cup, then the East Anglian Cup, followed by the London Cup and now the Kimbolton title - it has been a fulfilling year. I would like to say a big THANKS to everyone who has contributed to my success in one way or the other. Thank you all! I truly value your support.

Timeline 04NOV2014: Having the weekend off gave me the chance to properly follow Formula 1 on TV. It was good to see Hamilton win again and THAT overtaking move... what a move! I may even try that move myself this weekend in the penultimate round of the HKRC championship :-) With only 14 points to my nearest rival, I need to stay focused like Lewis. I can't afford to take chances in the last two rounds.

Timeline 26OCT2014: Not such a good day at the office this weekend at Whilton Mill. I started Heat 1 in 14th place and finished 4th, started Heat 2 21st and finished 8th, started Heat 3 in 2nd place and finished 2nd. I started the final in 2nd place but my chain snapped halfway through the race and I didn't finish. The chain must have been damaged same time as the rear axle we changed after Heat 3. I'm putting the weekend behind and looking forward to the penultimate round at Kimbolton in 2 weeks.
