Inner Athlete Fitness - Personal Training

Inner Athlete Fitness Description

I am double European Gold Medalist and World Championship 4x400m finalist, based in London. After 10 years in the British team I am now training for next years European Indoor Championships in March and World Championships in August 2015.
I am currently coached under the daily guidance of Christopher Zah, this years European Athletics Coach of the year. Prior to that, I have trained under Lloyd Cowan, British National coach for 4x400 Relays and was also coached by former Olympic 100m champion Linford Christie for 3 years.

I have spent a large part of my career training alongside several British Athletes and providing massage therapy to Olympic, World and European Gold Medalists, I have developed an attention to detail attitude that is second to none.
Alongside my qualifications as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist, I have a huge hunger to learn and I spend endless hours a week researching the scientific side of training methods and there affect on the body, as well as communicating and learning from other elite sports trainers.
I have the knowledge, experience and understanding of the body to get you the results you desire.

I specialise in weight loss, body toning, muscle building, speed, power, strength training and injury rehabilitation /prevention. Before working with any client, I hold a consultation where we discuss why the client wants to train and what there aims are.
Once these goals are set, I create a series of baseline tests to . I offer individualised Personal Training where I plan training sessions targeted at the clients specific goals.

It's in my nature to accomplish and achieve everything I set out to do, I have an all or nothing attitude and I quite simply do not like failure. This is how I differ from some other trainers out there. My clients goals are my goals and it means as much to me for them to be achieved as it does my client. Therefore I offer commitment and support to keep clients on track and motivated.
