The final day of the 9th International Symposium. What an amazing finish. A tasting of some of the best Spanish wines followed by a preview of our highlights video that we have been creating over the past 4 days and we finished off the event by announcing that the next event will be held in Adelaide in Australia. What better way than to sit down with all our guests and enjoy an Australian feast of sharing platters and wine with a little bit of dancing. Cheers to a wonderful day.

We had a little surprise tonight. Everyone split up for dinner this evening and private buses took them all to a range of Wineries from around the Rioja region for an incredible tour, dinner and tasting. No-one knew which Winery they were visiting so we're excited to hear what everyone thought.
