Who is InTheBox?
InTheBox was created with the vision of making Apple Mac Products more accessible to everyone.
Kenny Leonard is fanatical about all things Mac, he has over 10 years experience using, supporting and training Apple products.
Kenny first started using Apple Computers when studying as an Audio Engineer then went on to work at the college where he gained his Audio Engineering qualifications.
Whilst working at the college he learned to train people how to use Apple computers and maintain them. Here he also gained Apple Certified Trainer certification in the music application Logic Pro.
Kenny then went on to work for Apple Retail not only as a Trainer but also as a Mentor and as part of the in store Genius Team.
Kenny has been privileged to have helped thousands of Apple users during his time at Apple Retail, from helping first time users getting set up and mastering the basics, to helping businesses choose the right systems for their needs, then training them and their staff on how to make the transition from windows to Mac as smooth as possible.
Whilst working at Apple Retail he became recognised as an Apple certified Pro with the video editing application Final Cut pro X.
Living in Hockley, he realised that not everyone wants or has time to travel up to Lakeside for help or support with their Apple Products. He decided to start InTheBox to bring the same level of Apple service to the customer in the comfort of their own home or office.
InTheBox are based locally in Hockley and offer training packages for everyone, whether it is setting up iTunes & iCloud for an iPhone or iPad to extensive in depth training for the professional applications.
However you want your Apple device to work for you, maybe organising, sharing and editing your photo library or creating your own music, movies or documents.
InTheBox also offers a full business setup service with mobile device management and all levels of help, training, setup and support as well as repairs.
