The presentation will explore Jesus’ (Eesa A.S) life on earth, including his rising according to Islam in relation to the Quran & Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAWW). Muslims celebrate the end of the time of the Hajj with a festival of sacrifice known as Eid-ul-Adha. the festival also commemorates the trail that the Hadrat Ibrahim underwent when Allah asked him to sacrifice his son. He took Ismail, his son, to Arafat to perform this duty. As he was poised to sacrifice his son, he received the revelation that he had fulfilled his covenant and prov...ed that his love for Allah was greater than that for his son. the angels brought a ram for hum to sacrifice in place of Ismail.
Eid-ul-Adha urges all Muslims to follow the example of Hadrat Ibrahim and to show perfect submission to Allah.
The animals to be sacrificed must be free from all physical defects and should be fully grown. A sheep or a goat is sufficient sacrifice for one person whereas a larger animal, such as cow or a camel, can be shared by up to seven people.
A third of the meat is kept for the use of the household and the reainder is distributed among the poor and sent as gifts to friends and relatives. Eid-ul Adha is also marked by family gatherings and much feasting. New clothes are worn and Muslims attend special prayers at the moswue known as "Eid Gah".
