Love this store - great range of brands and excellent customer service

Lovely looking boutiques and decent range of brands but online customer service is poor. Payment is taken at the time of order but it seems the store/s don’t know whether the items are in stock. It takes ages to receive confirmation. If items aren’t in stock ( for which you have already paid!) a refund takes a further week! All of this requires a lot of chasing and effort.

Same thing happened to me as other reviewer. Got some beautiful things online. Took money from account and a week later informed top was not in stock! Not a happy customer.
