Our wonderful wedding at London Zoo this weekend was made complete but the stunning work of Loreta from Isle of Flowers. I didn't have a clue what I wanted, but gave some colour ideas, and she ran with the theme, creating a bridal bouquet, two bridesmaid posies and a top table arrangement that were the stuff of dreams. Everybody was saying they'd never seen a bouquet as beautiful as mine, and the bridesmaids were thrilled with their flowers - they matched the dresses perfectly! The two mom's were so touched with their bouquet gifts as well, and all flowers are still going super strong, in spite of the heat, and four days later!



Everything was amazing and better than I ever could have dreamed - thank you so much, you are a genius - I felt such a princess with my bouquet.



We also had two locations for drop off of flowers and buttonholes, but everything went to a tee - on time and without any stress... I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Isle of Flowers produced the most beautiful bouquets for an event I was working at this June! We didn't give them much notice, however they managed to create a gorgeous arrangement, that was exactly to our requirements and included all the flowers/herbs we requested! Isle of Flowers did a brilliant job at our employee awards celebration this year and last year providing twelve beautiful table displays which were really eye catching. I have used Isle of Flowers many times when I lived in the UK. We recently had a special birthday party for me and my boys in London and I dealt with Isle of Flowers via email from Hong Kong. Their service and communication was very prompt and helpful. I sent some sample pictures of various flower displays and they have interpreted our wishes beautifully. We agreed a budget and the result was amazing. The flowers were delivered to the venue at the time agreed. I cannot thank Isle of Flowers enough. We have had many comments on the flower displays and they certainly helped to make the whole evening perfect. I can wholeheartedly recommend Isle of Flowers for any small or large events.

Not the sort of person to typically complain, but you guys charged my Dad 30 pounds for a bunch of flowers and only when we got home did we realise that 80% of the unopened buds were completely detached but strategically placed in the bouquet to look as though they were okay. Terrible.

I bought 4 dried peonies on Thursday 8 March 2018 at your shop in Waterloo station. At no time was I told or was there a sign to indicate that I would not be entitled to a refund.



The flowers are not the right colour and I bought them as a gift. I went to return them to the shop today, 12 March 2018 and told by the manager, Alfred that they don’t do refunds. He wanted detailed reasons of why I didn’t want the goods. He was rude and simply walked away from me.



When I called the head office, I was told they too need detailed reasons and they will look into the matter but if Alfred stated that I am not entitled to a refund, then there was little they could do.



I stated in accordance with my statutory rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was entitled to a full refund and it hadn’t even been 14 days. If I do not get my refund, I will sue the company as the service is appalling and you are refusing to give me my money back.



The worker Sandra was also not prepared to give me her surname for information in relation to my complaint.



Please contact me to process my refund urgently otherwise, I will have no option but to pursue you for my refund of £48.

Honestly worth customer service I ever had. Isle of Flowers Stratford!!! The young sales assistant was not helpful at all and was so rude when we asked about the flowers. The older lady was just ignoring us. £5.50 a rose and they are not even kind to the customers. Hope they shut down soon or get proper staff.
