We had the best dinner experience here with our 12, 10 and 3 year old! The service was 1st class as was the food! The waiter that served us was amazing and even threw in free deserts for the kids! Loved every second of it! Amazing! Thank you!!

The food was outstanding and the staff were so friendly, we had a 1 year old with us and they were very playful towards him.

Yummy food as you expect from Turkish cuisine... But what attracted me more was very friendly and helpful staff who made us cheerful while serving the food.

Very nice food meat nice and soft and also do kids menu.

The only disappointment was my starter never came it ended up coming with main meal. So couldn't eat it as I was full.

A fantastic buffet of many foods all very tasty.best breakfast we had in ages.

We visited this restaurant at 9pm on a Saturday night. We anticipated it would be busy, but the rude, borderline aggressive waiter ruined the entire experience. Our waiter initially greeted us rudely to tell us that they were busy and that we would have to wait!

We waited long stretches of time to be attended, and then only served when we stopped a waiter ourselves. We had to repeatedly ask for water, well after our food had arrived.



One starter order was served as a main, the waiter refused to take responsibility or change it. Of our party of 4, one persons dish was served 20 minutes after the rest, when repeatedly asked about this, the waiter became dismissive and said that it was on its way; it was only after we stopped another waiter that we learnt that the order hadn't even been placed.

At this point I asked the waiter for an apology, which he refused to give and made excuses that the kitchen were at fault, the food is fresh therefore taking longer etc.



From the rest of the tables, particularly a couple of ladies seated on the table beside us, I could see that most of the customers were well looked after, food was served promptly and they were spoken to politely, however, I suspect we drew the short straw and our evening was ruined by our rude and dismissive waiter.

A stream of apologies (and more excuses) at the end of the meal doesn't really make up for that I'm afraid.

We ordered wraps here and they were served cold. The staff had to be convinced to warm the food up. They were rude from the moment we walked in. They charged over£3 for eating in and shouted at us in front of the rest of the restaurant. Don't eat here

The food arrived spilt in he bag. The vegetables in the vegetable kebab were burned. The person who took the phone call before we ordered was completely unhelpful. Would advise anyone to stay well clear of this place. Absolute rip off on more than one level.

Rude staff and the portion size was tiny considering the high price.
