Recently took my husbands MacBook in after we thought he lost all his data and phone numbers. I was so surprised by the fantastic service and they fixed it all had it up and running and backed it up on a hard drive within two hours. Very happy customer and will certainly give them more business! Becky is great

I want a MacBook air but will got to a main apple store or buy online.
These guys are useless.
I wanted to see how quickly one of their premium Macbook Pro’s started up, but when I finally managed to get the attention of a shop assistant who was far more interested in staring off in to space they flat out refused to let me reboot one, and refused to do it themselves to show me. When asked why I got some extremely flaky story about Apple wouldn’t let them due to some demo content installed. I should have asked what would happen to their fixed Mac’s in the event of a power cut, or just rebooted it without asking!
I then discovered that the unit I was looking at wasn’t the current model anyway, so the exercise was pointless.
Oh, and they didn’t have any in stock anyway.

Same deal as the previous review. Customer engagement is paramount. Especially when you’re trying to emulate an Apple store.
Been to this store today for an iPhone 6 battery replacement with a pre-booked appointment. They looked at the phone and fobbed me off saying it looks like your screen is not aligned properly and tech may have to charge for an screen replacement as well as the battery if you want this done here. Suggested to go main Apple store in Lakeside or London and they will do it. Very Poor service and lady was so rude. Never going back to this Store and will report this to Apple. #apple #iphone
