We came with no booking on Sunday about 5 and didn't even have to wait although it was busy. Good service on plates & drinks and no time limit.

Tried the fresh grill for the first time & wow, tasted beautiful & the chef was very pleasant & informative. Had the mussels which were to die for, definitely recommend. Lots of young families on a Sunday.

Visited a few times and am never disappointed. Great food at a great price. The manager is awesome and the waiting staff are perfect. Always friendly and smiling even when they are rushed off their feet. I'll be back again and again.

Really really busy for Mother's Day but the food was topped up all very fresh tasting. Waiters were very attentive. Great food and good staff what more do you need

Just had a lovely meal at izumi maldon, and i must say what a lovely manager there, was very accommodating and only charged us for 2 children (ages 6,4,3) as he must of known they ate nothing but marshmallows �� without is even asking! Very nice surprise! Will definitely be going back x

I love this restaurant, I am a regular customer and always get a good friendly service, a great selection to choose from, I never quite manage to try everything as there is a more than average selection for Chinese buffet, also with a great selection of deserts, I haven't waited long for a table yet, even though this restaurant is usually quite busy, and you never wait long to get served drinks, this is a great restaurant to go to for mid week treat or special occasion and not over expensive, which is surprising as quality of food is really, I haven't had a complaint yet, and I am fairly fussy eater, and know how food should be cooked, if it's not cooked right I won't eat it.

For £12 and all you can eat buffet, you can’t go wrong. Very busy (a good sign right!!) but staff are well on the ball when serving drinks and taking used plates away. Looking forward to next time 🥢

I have been here once before and thought it was the best quality buffet Chinese I've been 2..... yesterdays visit was good except the prawns on the raw section should be de-veined to be honest and the hot food section was a mess. I'd recommend it for sure though for the taste.... ribs are great

Food was average. Staff were polite and friendly, although they kept hovering around the table waiting for people to eat their food so they could clear the plates.

The first experience was good but when we went for my birthday it was bad, when my daughter complained about chicken being raw in the middle the waiter said , " what can you expect they use cheap chicken ". One lot of noodles were undercooked and hard and the others were bland and when we went for ice cream there was a long dark hair in it and spoons that had been dropped in the chocolate fountain had just been left so needless to say we won't be going there anymore. I think that because they have built a big clientèle over the past they feel they can let their standards drop .

Over crowed, Poor service seating and table dirty, people shouting to be heard over each other and then you’ve got staff dragging tables around and moving chairs everywhere to accommodate other customers.



Food was ok, but was hard work going into buffet area as it’s to small for the amount of people that are there .



Next time I want Buffet Chinese I’ll go to the Aroma in Bas Vegas Basildon much more civilised.

Wouldnt even give it a star. Have visited before but never again. Raw chicken but was told to take it up with the chef. Was laughed at by a waitress and the chef and felt uncomfortable throughout. Would never recommend to anyone.

The food was disgusting we took one bite and left! The staff become aggressive when we said we will only be paying for our drinks, our response was “ no one has a problem with the food but yous”, the plates were dirty and so is the restaurant. Disgusting

I visited this restaurant and was not impressed. Majority of the food was cold, when I complained their solution was to stir it! It was disgusting,not even edible. Food being kept in this way could lead to food poisoning, the staff did nothing at all to rectify so we left. I will never return to this place.
